  1. Follow these instructions to print an Order Form:
  2. 1. Select the required Operating System Platform from the pull-down menu and input 
  3.      the desired Quantity. Please Note: If you want to order multiple platforms of an 
  4.      individual title, please call Customer Support at (888) 432-2742 or (916) 939-1002.
  5. 2. To continue shopping, simply select one of the Product Category or Complete Title 
  6.      List buttons at the top of any screen.
  7. 3. You can view your Shopping Basket at any time by selecting the "View Basket" 
  8.      button on any screen, or select "View Shopping Basket" from the `Purchase' menu.
  9. 4. When you are ready to pay for the titles, simply select the "Check Out" button on any
