  3.      1. Private messages must be allowed to be transfered through all
  4.         conferences. If your QWK importer does not support this you  
  5.         can not participate.
  6.  
  7.      2. No flaming allowed in any of HawkNet's conferences. This could
  8.         cause in suspension or removal of the user from the conference. 
  9.         In this case it is the sysops duty to remove/suspend the user 
  10.         from the conference.

  12.      3. If their is any dispute, the Master System Administrator's
  13.         decision will be final.

  15.      4. Master System is: Hawk Eye BBS 1/0/0
  16.  
  17.      5. Mail should be gathered on a regular basis, and daily mail runs
  18.         are prefered. If mail is not gathered for large periods of time,
  19.         you will be suspened from the net.

  21.      6. All SysOps must make sure that the users can not read and write
  22.         or make available the contents in NetAdmin. This conference is
  23.         for the SysOps viewing only.
  24.  
  25.      7. Each SysOp is participating at his or her's own risk. In no way,
  26.         shape or form can you hold Hawk Eye BBS, or any other board 
  27.         participating in this net for something which may occur.
  28.  
  29.      8. No illegal activities may occur in any of HawkNet's message bases.
  30.         
  31.      9. HawkNet mail can only be gathered from the Master System or hubs.
  32.  
  33.     10. No aliases are allowed. Real names only.
  34.  
  35.     11. The moderator's rulings are final. If no moderator is appointed for
  36.         the conference, then the master system administrators rulings will
  37.         be final.
