  9.   HawkNet is a QWK based network which contains boards in Toronto. As you
  10.   can see their are not that many conferences, this is to reduce the pos-
  11.   sibilty of empty and dead message bases. In future as the net grows, we
  12.   will add and change more conferences as neccessary, but I think for right
  13.   now, the selection here is fine. If any sysop wishes to become a part of 
  14.   this net fill out the application and leave it in a message addressed to
  15.   John Kaye on Hawk Eye BBS.

  17. If you are planning to join HawkNet, and are long distance, you might want to
  18. consider becoming a hub for your region. If you're interested, please mention
  19. it on your application.

  63.      1. Private messages must be allowed to be transfered through all
  64.         conferences. If your QWK importer does not support this you  
  65.         can not participate.
  66.  
  67.      2. No flaming allowed in any of HawkNet's conferences. This could
  68.         cause in suspension or removal of the user from the conference. 
  69.         In this case it is the sysops duty to remove/suspend the user 
  70.         from the conference.

  72.      3. If their is any dispute, the Master System Administrator's
  73.         decision will be final.

  75.      4. Master System is: Hawk Eye BBS 1/0/0

  77.      5. Mail should be gathered on a regular basis, and daily mail runs
  78.         are prefered. If mail is not gathered for large periods of time,
  79.         you will be suspened from the net.

  81.      6. All SysOps must make sure that the users can not read and write
  82.         or make available the contents in NetAdmin. This conference is
  83.         for the SysOps viewing only.

  85.      7. Each SysOp is participating at his or her's own risk. In no way,
  86.         shape or form can you hold Hawk Eye BBS, or any other board 
  87.         participating in this net for something which may occur.

  89.      8. No illegal activities may occur in any of HawkNet's message bases.

  91.      9. HawkNet mail can only be gathered from the Master System or hubs.

  93.     10. No aliases are allowed. Real names only.

  95.     11. The moderator's rulings are final. If no moderator is appointed for
  96.         the conference, then the master system administrators rulings will
  97.         be final.
