  7.       This is an update of BYE.EXE implementing some suggestions I got
  8.   from users.  Whats been added is an Options dialog box for on the fly
  9.   changes.  You can now Exit to DOS, Exit to DOS & ReStart Windows or
  10.   Exit & ReBoot your system, or when BYE.EXE is first Exec'd it immediately
  11.   does its thing.

  14.       BYE.EXE is YAEW (Yet Another Exit Windows).  You click on this icon
  15.   and it exits Windows even if you have one or more DOS boxes open.
  16.   Bye runs as an icon only and cannot be moved.
  17.   
  18.       Clicking the Right Mouse button on the icon brings up the Options
  19.   dialog allowing for customization.
  20.  
  21.       This program has been tested and works under MS Windows 3.1 and MS
  22.   Windows for Workgroups.  It does not work under MS Windows NT.

  24.   The following options are available via the Options dialog:
  25.  
  26.     - Exit Windows with
  27.           * Single Click    * Double Click
  28.           (invoked by depressing the Left mouse button)
  29.  
  30.     - Exit Windows if DOS boxes are open
  31.           * No    * Yes
  32.  
  33.     - Exit when task starts
  34.           * No    * Yes
  35.           (Yes = when the BYE group icon is double clicked or when
  36.            File/Run/BYE is used, causes immediate results)
  37.  
  38.     - Bye should
  39.           * Exit to DOS
  40.           * ReStart Windows
  41.           * Reboot System
  42.  
  43.     - Bye should sit
  44.           * Default
  45.           * Always on top
  46.           (Window Z-Ordering)
  47.  
  48.   BYE.EXE saves & retrieves the above information to the WIN.INI file.
  49.   The following entries are made:

  51.     [ByeWindows]
  52.     DoubleClick=
  53.     DOS=
  54.     ExitType=
  55.     OnTop=
  56.     FastExit=    **if set to 1, you must change this to 0 manually or every
  57.                    time BYE.EXE is run it will Exit Windows immediately.

  59.   (Ver 1.00 saved entries under [ExitWindows].  These entries can be deleted.)

  61.   Summary 
  62.     * At any time Click the Right Mouse button for the Options dialog.
  63.       All options take effect immediately.
  64.  
  65.     * You can also Drag & Drop any file or files onto BYE.EXE, but only
  66.       WIN.INI will run NOTEPAD with itself.
  67.  
  68.     * CTL3D.DLL Must be placed in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
  69.       If a newer version is needed a message box will alert you.
