  2. VIEW_MAN will perform the functions of 
  3. viewing, editing and printing a selected 
  4. file in both Hex and ASCII. File selection 
  5. is by menu choice. Viewing and editing 
  6. tasks: file positioning, search for string, 
  7. search and count, and search and replace. 
  8. Program options may be saved as defaults; 
  9. macro capability. Printing may be directed 
  10. to any serial/parallel port or a disk file.
