  5.  This program requires a printer from the HP LaserJet family, or a compatible.
  6.  
  7.  To print out the documentation for this program and see a demonstration of its
  8.                 abilities, type the following at the DOS prompt:
  9.  
  10.         If your LaserJet II or better has a face down output tray, type:
  11.                       PCBIND pcbind.prn <printer port> /FD
  12.   where <printer port> is the name of the port your HP LaserJet II/compatible
  13.              printer with a face down output tray is connected to.
  14.  
  15.                                        OR
  16.  
  17.       If your LaserJet II or better has only a face up output tray, type:
  18.                       PCBIND pcbind.prn <printer port> /FU
  19.   where <printer port> is the name of the port your HP LaserJet II/compatible
  20.               printer with a face up output tray is connected to.

  22.                                        OR
  23.  
  24.            If you have a LaserJet or LaserJet Plus/compatible, type:
  25.                       PCBIND lj1doc.prn <printer port> /FU
  26.  where <printer port> is the name of the port your HP Laserjet/Plus/compatible
  27.                                 is connected to.

  29.                                        OR
  30.       If you have a LaserJet IID, IIID or compatible duplex printer, type:
  31.                       PCBIND pcbind.prn <printer port> /D
  32.  where <printer port> is the name of the port your duplex printer is connected.

  35.     After the printer has finished printing, you will be asked to reinsert the
  36. paper and press <RETURN> on the computer. Go to the printer, and put the paper
  37. into the manual feed tray so that the top of the printing is on the left side
  38. of the printer, and that the paper is face down in the printer. Press <RETURN>
  39. on the computer, and the printer will print the back side of the manual. Fold
  40. it in half, and read about how to make your own booklets.

  42. PLEASE NOTE: PCBIND is a Shareware program that requires registration if you
  43. find it useful. The unregistered version will only print 12 pages. To register,
  44. and recieve a fully functional copy, please print out the file REGISTER.FRM
  45. included in this archive, and send it to the address printed on the
  46.                                registration form.
