  3. Added a check for embedded commas within any of the first 5 fields and if
  4. one is located it surrounds the field with parenthsis to prevent the data
  5. base from seeing this as additional fields of data.

  7. Added a check for a damaged env.txt file. Will inform user that the data file
  8. has a problem such as a blank line in the data file or at the end of the data
  9. file. Also will detect a missing field if file has been modified incorrectly
  10. with a text editor. The SEARCH function employs this check.
