<l:introbody><l:h1>Scenario 3, May 1915 - June 1917.<l:/h1>
Genmany is attempting to break the effect of the British-imposed blockade by ordering its submarines to sink all belligerent and neutral ships which enters the 'war zone' around the British Isles. To avoid capture the submarines will torpedoe, without warning, boats bound for Britain. Other submarines were assigned to cut of the supply line from the British Isles to the continent. On 7 May 1915 the Germans sank the passenger liner "Lusitania"; more than half of the 2000 crew members and passengers, including women and children, lost their lives. Especially the Americans were outraged.
