Computer Pornogaphy
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
This is a subject that allways raises it's head at some time or
another for everyone.Lot's of people have lot's of differing veiws on what
is and what is'nt suitable to be on a computer screen.I myself have seen
very little of this material so I am not really in a position to pass any
coment but it seems that it is not as widespread as some people would have
us believe.PD libraries do not stock any such material and after being on
certain BBS for a while now they seem to snear at any such material also.
So just where are these disk's that we are told are so rife on
the computer scene. The worrying thing for me is that the only 2 disks that
I have ever seen came from a 14 year old via a 19 year old.The media tell
us that the Internet is overrun with it but then I read articles by people
who surf the net all the time and have never come across any porn at all.
I would be interested in any replies on the subject as it is
very often a talking point with my friends who seem to think that having a
computer means I have access to loads of porno stuff.
My own personal view is that as long as it is not perverted then
why should it not be allowed. The problem is keeping it away from young
eyes. This I know is virtually impossible so where does that leave us.
One of my reasons for writing for disk mag's is that I will get
replies to the articles that I write so put pen to paper, I would love to
hear your views.
