  52. sound collage type stuff, kind of overrated in my opinion. Fairly artsy,

  114. i recently found a compilation cd called 'dance yourself to death',
  115. released in '89. it features (among other things, such as some detroit
  116. techno tracks from derrick may and kevin saunderson) three tracks from
  117. 808 state. 'let yourself go (303 mix)' and 'deepville' are exactly as on
  118. state003, but 'dance yourself to death' (feat. mc tunes) is totally
  119. different from the version on 'the north at its heights'.

  121. my question is: where did this track originally appear ? maybe on this
  122. mysterious state001 12" ('manchester hit squad') ? or is it exclusive to
  123. this compilation ? according to the inlay, it is licensed from 'e-block
  124. records'.
