  32. Avant (along with DIW) is distributed domestically by Sphere Marketing
  33. and Distribution. I never have had a problem finding any Avant releases.

  101. I got the new RUINS disc last night. (Hydro....)

  103. Granted they are one of my favorite bands anyway, BUT...

  107. Having a hard time thinking about much else right now.

  109. I think we should send the music on this CD to outer space as an 
  110. indicator to other intelligent beings that we too have developed the 
  111. highest levels of intelligence.  (Sort of like sending the smartest 
  112. little girl to represent the elementary school in the state spelling 
  113. bee.  "Gee, these earthlings sure are smart, just listen to this 
  114. music!")  Take a close look at the next Ruins show you go to--I'm sure 
  115. they are going to start attracting higher life forms from other galaxies 
  116. that have heard of the "most intelligent, and yet rocking music of the 
  117. Ruins, from Earth."

  119. I hope to anyone who likes this band this much that you have access to 
  120. the new album.  (I'm in San Francisco, and it just got here 
  121. yesterday--5/23/95)  It's on Tzadik (Zorn's label for anyone who doesn't 
  122. already know) and has a LOW DOMESTIC PRICE!!!

  124. Anyone who doesn't yet know about the Ruins--make every effort to find 
  125. one of their CD's (maybe this new one?).  I promise that it is one the 
  126. most amazing things about this planet.
