  96. South London (near the bottom end of The Old Kent Road for them as know =
  97. and care) when I took a slightly different route into one of my previous =
  98. job. As I recall the building (small industrial unit) was on a corner =
  99. plot and one day the company logo did dissappear from view, though the =
  100. business was obviously still there. too rough an area to want to ever go =
  101. exploring though...

  182. closely to pick out his shrieking alongsode Y.Eye's). He also does a little 
  183. "shoop-shoop" singing on 'The Big Gundown', track 7, can't remember the

  214. You reassure me... For a while I thought it was a Teletubies version of 
  215. improv where every sound is isolated to be sure that you can understand (?)
  216. each of them without the confusing proximity of the others. The Teletubies
  217. feeling was even stronger when I realized that there was a second CD (for 
  218. those who did not get the deep concept underlying the first one, I guess).

  221. CD to reach such result...

  255. I really like it. But then again I didn't mind the Medieval stuff on =
  256. 'ToMN'.
  257. It was the reggae-ish stuff near the end I couldn't stand. Anyway, brief
  258. description of 'Iceland': the album starts off with a suite of 5 pieces
  259. which keep returning to the main theme (which is a very nice, =
  260. multi-layered
  261. little theme). After that there's a song (with singing, that is) that =
  262. kind
  263. of sounds a little bit like Bowie, but the concept is to repeat the main
  264. tune, building up, adding layers, etc... And finally there is a short
  265. gamelan piece. On the whole, a very enjoyable album...

  527. yes, but more specifically, that a primary reason for that is that the 
  528. records tend to be so massive and indigestible that no one, with the possible 
  529. exceptions of Nick Cain, Alan Cummings and David Keffer, does much 
  530. head-to-head comparison of them, so a lot of opinions are largely based on 
  531. the level of tolerance and interest of the listener at the time.
