As far as I know, there is no anthology that covers everything on "The Big =
Gundown." It seems that there is one song from the album on each =
anthology, but that is no matter. To me, the songs on "The Big Gundown" =
are not Morricone's absolute best (except for Chi Mai, which is my =
favorite Morricone theme to date). There is so much gold out there. Many =
of the anthologies are on the DRG label, and are broken up into themes =
(Thrillers, Gangster, Western, etc.). All the ones I have heard I have =
liked, so take your pick.

Has anyone found any more info on this Chadbox? I'm intrigued by this in a way
that the Merzbox doesn't intrigue me. Although, when I played the Merz. track
from the Melt CD compilation from a few years back, I had several complaints
and/or questions about the song. One friend cut it on in the middle of the
track, and hearing the feedback, assumed that the station had gone amok and cut
it off.
I checked the website this morning and found no reference to the box.

It's available in a few newsagents in Bendigo, so it must be available in the capital cities.
However, I suggest subscribing - its cheaper, quicker (even at the slow rate) and you get the Wiretapper cd compilations (a double cd next month) plus other cds which you don't get if you buy it over the counter
