I am really happy
to see an interview in German.
Why must all articles and interviews in the world made in English. I cant
English very well and it?s hard
for me to understand the most.
why dont you learn german? Why do have all the world learn English?
You know Yello are coming from Switzerland where the people talks in
German.
Why should they give there interviews in an foreign language?

I think Olga was more hoping that some of the German speakers on this list
might provide some translations. Naturally if Yello give an interview to a
German or Swiss publication they are going to speak German, one wouldn't
expect them to speak any other language but that. However if you don't speak
German, but are a fan, there is a natural curiousity to know what is said and
correspondence on this list is conducted in English (as this is the one
language ALL the people on this list have in common). It would be nice to
know what Dieter and Boris have been saying about "MP". The interview on
www.amazon.de being an example.
Sure maybe we should learn some German, but that criticism is better directed
at someone like myself rather than Olga who is already conversant in more
than one language.

Yeah, and why they also sing in English is beyond me, since as you
say, they do come from Switzerland. And what is Dieter doing in USA, isn't
German speaking countries good enough for him???
Sorry for the joke, no offense intended. I just wanted to say the
same thing as Andrew did, but in another way.
And don't jump on me for this since I have German relatives myself.
I just don't have the time to translate it, sorry Olga.
But I don believe that Olga has a point.
Kindest regards
Eric

yes, we all know yello come from Switzerland, and a lot of stuff we see out
of switzerland is in German, but if my memory is correct there are four
national languages for switzerland. English German, French & Italian.
Depending on where you are in the country depends on what is spoken.
Now it would be realy nice if someone who dident care about everyone elses
politics & who knows english & German could translate & post said interview
that would be good :))

Well, because if all the people had spoken JUST their native languages and
all the information had been on various languages, people would have never
been able to communicate with each others. They wouldn't have understood
people of other nations. As English is the language for the world community,
people should try to learn it. But yes maybe it's unfair that English
speaking people don't have to learn other languages to communicate with
people of other nations.
As for me, I'm not an English-speaking person too. My native language is
Russian.
I cant

They shouldn't. But if someone IS able to translate them for others who have
no possibilities to understand those interviews, why shouldn't he do such a
kind thing?!

A salad and a piece of bread lies in a stomach. Suddenly a gullet is moving
apart and a dose of vodka if falling down. A salad and a piece of bread are
moving aside for taking place to their new neighbour. Then this situation is
repeating for 4 times. A salad says to a piece of bread, "Hmm, i see they
have lots of fun! Don't you envy? Why do we have to lie here in the darkness
and silence?! Let's go outside and have fun with them!"

Hi All
Ok I understand Olga=B4s problem .
I can offer you to translate some articles when you find one.
It would not be perfect but I guess it will be better than made by the
altavista babel fish translate machine.
I and my big dictionary do our best.
