  22. Q: How many lawyers does it take to change a light bulb?

  24. A: Whereas the party of the first part, also known as "Lawyer",
  25.   and  the party of the second part, also known as "Light Bulb", do
  26. hereby and forthwith agree to a transaction wherein the party of the
  27. second part (Light Bulb) shall be removed from the current position as
  28. a  result of failure to perform previously agreed upon duties, i.e. the 
  29. lighting, elucidation, and otherwise illumination of the area
  30.   ranging  from the front (north) door, through the entryway, terminating at 
  31. an  area just inside the primary living area, demarcated by the beginning of 
  32. the carpet, any spillover illumination being at the option of the party of 
  33. the second part (Light Bulb) and not required by the aforementioned 
  34. agreement between the parties.

  36. The aforementioned removal transaction shall include, but not be limited to, 
  37. the following steps:
  38.  
  39. 1) The party of the first part (Lawyer) shall, with or without
  40. elevation at his option, by means of a chair, step stool, ladder
  41.   or  any other means of elevation, grasp the party of the second part
  42.   (Light Bulb) and rotate the party of the second part (Light Bulb)
  43.   in a counter-clockwise direction, this point being non-negotiable.

  45. 2) Upon reaching a point where the party of the second part (Light Bulb) 
  46. becomes separated from the party of the third part "Receptacle"), the party 
  47. of the first part (Lawyer) shall have   the option of disposing of the party 
  48. of the second part (Light Bulb)  in a manner consistent with all applicable 
  49. state, local and federal statutes.
  50.  
  51. 3) Once separation and disposal have been achieved, the party of
  52. the first part (Lawyer) shall have the option of beginning
  53. installation  of the party of the fourth part ("New Light Bulb"). This 
  54. installation  shall occur in a manner consistent with the reverse of the 
  55. procedures  described in step one of this self-same document, being careful  
  56. to  note that the rotation should occur in a clockwise direction,  this  
  57. point also being non-negotiable.
  58.  
  59. Note: The above described steps may be performed, at the option  of  the 
  60. party of the first part (Lawyer), by any or all persons authorized by him, 
  61. the objective being to produce the most possible revenue for the party of 
  62. the fifth part, also known as "Partnership."
