Yep, sure! And what a pleasant surprise to hear about you!
Ok, I downloaded Topaz, More and Race remixes as mp3 files.
Of the three, the Race remix is best, then More. Unfortunately
the Race mp3 was not working well with my player (some strange
audiofile header at the beginning?). So, waiting to get the CD.
The sounds are wonderful. Very deep bass sounds -- I wonder how they are
done. Then there is this new vocal effect used since Zebra -- hear
second song from PU if you don't have the new remix CD. This reminds
me that SoundBlaster Live has a neat vocal effect: playing string sounds
from audiofile gives a vocal sounds. Also, the new remixes has many
3D effects. One neat sound in More is a very high pitched rhythm sound
which moves around your head (or just between left and right). The Race
has a car coming from right and going to left (with Doppler effect).
I remember reading that Boris was going to buy a spatializer and it now
sounds like he has one.
Yours,
Juhana

Boris would not have a Wintel he's got a Macintosh :)
The new mixes are incredible and jaw dropping recording. I also think it might
of been remastered for the older tracks.
Yello rules.

Hoi!
Just called some of my local record stores.
The Dutch release date of Eccentrix is not known yet I was told,
but I was also assured it would be released overhere.
For now it'll cost about 55 guilders (which is about 25 euro if I'm not
misstaking) for import (normal price (at my cheapest shop) would
be 35 guilders (more or less 16 euro) with any luck).
So I guess we need to be patient overhere... :o(
Groeven,
Olaf.
