She has soooooooooooo much stuff at such good prices. From so many

Wow,
The kindness and generosity of the list people is mindbogglng!
A short while ago, I posted asking where I could get in inexpensive
blender for papermaking. Several people offered to look in thrift
shops, at garage sales and the like.
Stamparella <Patty Richie> was the first to contact me, and the other
day she E'd me that she had located one for $7.00! When I just opened
my front door, guess what was sitting there. Yep, my new used blender!
Big hugs to you Patty, and you have reaffirmed my faith in human
kindness!
Cheers and hugs,
Latex Linnzie
PS: And the blender works!!!

Hi, to all of you who ordered the Milwaukee gun, they arrived today. But,
as everything is going today, they shipped short. Only one short, I will
be getting the missing one sometime late next week or the following week.
Is anybody willing to wait a few weeks to get their gun? I would
appreciate if you would let me know. I am packing them up now and, except
for those I need addresses, they will be in the mail tomorrow. Will let
you know what the price is.
Thanks,

Stampendous Angel, Angel w/Dove, a stamp called token on love that is a hand
holding a rose, a very useful chocolate inkit, an also useful pink chalk,
some very interesting homemade envys, some decorative beads, and some deep
dark cardstock.
Thanks so much, sorry this is brief, but I think I am going to go back to

Sounds like a great time was had by all. The squeaking cheese sounds
very interesting. I'm wondering what happened to the peanut butter
fudge. Oh well...could be worse. Could have been a disaster with the
cheesecake and even I'd be crying. Glad to hear that Giggles and Petie
act like teenagers in love. My hubby and I have been married nearly
sixteen years and we still hold hands in public, kiss in the kitchen,
the dining room the laundry room...well...you get the picture and cuddle
on the couch to watch TV. Did Giggles make you sit under the table when
you were naughty?

Subject: RS: TAN:Wheat Allergies?
Hello everyone,
I know this is a complete tan, but I thought I would ask you all about
this. You all are usually full of suggestions and comments about all sorts
of things. :-)
My doctor said that I might be allergic to wheat and/or gluten products. We
do have and use a breadmaker. I was just wondering if there is any one else
dealing with this? What sort of grains do you substitute for wheat? Do you
still make bread in the breadmaker with something else?
Comments and suggestions welcome.
Thanks so much,
Amanda Bristol

Subject: RS: Great Mail!
Hi all,
I'm so excited to get my new stuff!
I received my first swap cards back today...it was the shell swap. I'll
report back on them later, they were great!
I got some great halloween colored glossy paper from PaperPalette! I can't
wait to try this stuff out. Being a newbie, experimenting with everything
is so much fun. Thanks Clarice!
I got a big box from Veronica at Rubber Stamped....oohh I love big boxes. It
included 100 of those fabulous vellum envelopes. Everyone who I send these
to just loves them. In addition to the vellum, I got matte white, and my
first set of crystal clear envelops, scarecrow background paper, and
Halloween notecards. Thanks for the extra glossy cards too!
Earlier in the week I receive some fun Halloween papers from Peggy the
Rubber Stamp Lady.
I get so excited going to the mailbox!
You'll all be hearing from me again real soon....although my kids say...
"mommy why don't you use up what you have before buying more?" I can't help
it....it's too much fun!
Chow,
Michele

My local stamp store has this class from time to time. The owner/teacher
lets us stamp on the paper circles to our heart's content and then sends
them off to be made into plates. For ten bucks, I get to play with her
stamps all evening and come out of it with two plates. I made a
Thanksgiving theme one for cookies and a birthday theme one for birthday
cake. Lots of fun!

Hi Maryann, I really liked your paper heart that you did with the paper
clay, can you please tell me what stamps you used and what finisher you
used. This was the one that you did for my technique swap. Any help
would be much appreciated...Huggs and smiles...Linda

Hello,
Could someone share particulars on the Chicago rubber stamp convention?
When - Dates
Where is it
How much to registar or just pay when going in.
Where to stay at reasonable rate?
Anyone who is a smoker want to share a room?
I've never attended one of these conventions before but would like to
and it would be close enough to drive to.
Thanks,

Subject: RS: Stamps announcing adoption??
Hello!
My hubby and I got a call last night from his VERY excited sister who
wanted to tell us that they have been given the adoption referral they've
been waiting for!! If all goes well, they are going to be adopting 2
children from Russia next month; a girl almost 1 yr old and a 2 1/2 year
old boy!! They are thrilled beyond belief, needless to say! Wow! My
hubby and I both have one brother and one sister, and of the six of us
these will be the first kids in the family! Should I ask them to call me
"Aunt Barefoot"? <g>
Of course, any and all prayers and positive thoughts are more than
welcome right now, along with any info on companies that sell stamps that
would be appropriate for announcements. I think this came up last year,
but I don't remember what was said. I would love to make some cards for
them! Help!!
Thanks, y'all!!

Subject: RS: anno's good mail
lessee.. told about the envy swap, yes? was fun!
other day.. yesterday i guess it was! I got Jhone's SSS box, and her SSS
sent *me* some um's! way cool, huh? cool ones too! and I got halos!
lots and lots of halos.. 6 sizes, piles of fuzz, some grippy strips and an
inkpad from sheryl! oh, and those kai scissors that cut rubber and fuzz
great but I still think they're uncomfortable.
and today, I got my order from AAS's buck a die sale. I restrained myself
admirably I think, and didn't take advantage of 'em too bad.. cuz I felt
too guilty to! I'd ordered some stuff from one of the earlier sales and
that order got filled.. and then couple weeks later it got filled again!
whoa! so I e-'d wendy and said wendy, you need to have a talk with your
shipping department, they're filling orders twice! and she said oops..
keep it! and I said oh no.. I can't DO that.. but.. I could probably keep
it for half price.. and she said OK! and I said add that on to my order
from this sale.. then I kept revising my must have's over and over.. it was
so tempting to clean 'em out of every huge die they have at a buck a pop!
but I weeded my gotta's down to 12.. and they weren't all huge either.
couple were even A ones. rofl! and one of 'em I had to have for my cootie
swap cards.. and told her that, and she slipped in an extra that goes just
perfect with that one too! whatta deal!
and wednesday I guess it was, I got slug cards from Connie, and she stuck
in some samples of her homemade paper. I tell ya, this gal can make some
paper, I was way amazed! it's so nice and thick and sturdy and gorgeous
colors.. I wanna be just like Connie when I grow up!!
anno (you're gonna have to wait to hear 'bout her slug cards!)

Subject: RS: Quick Rust Ultra Steel question?
Have any of you tried this product. I bought a sheet and I understand
how to make it rust. What the instructions don't say is do you stamp
and cut it out before or after rusting? I would assume that you need
to use a permanent ink. Would Fabrico work if you heat set it? Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

well lucky me to have a nice and VERY thoughtful SS.
My mail ran three hours late coming today, but when I
opened the door there was this package addressed to me:-)
I opened it to find two very cool stamps for envelopes,
a pretty ink pad, not one but two embossing powders...
background paper and handmade paper wrapped in ribbons.
I got a bag of wurthers candy...yummy....flavored coffee!!!(major yummy)
There was this very cool angel magnet that my daughter promptly
took away from me to put on the fridge ( she collects magnets)
and the very thoughtfulest gift was a pair of gold hoop earrings!!!!
I thank you for making my week a much brighter one:-)
All the best to you!!!!!!!!
