  88. what happened with my VCR. We lost power yesterday for a while because =

  167. Oh My God! I just came back from the Regis and Kathie Lee show and it =
  168. was so worth going. Jason wasn't on today but he was at the studio =
  169. pre-taping an interview for a later airing. Here's the account of what =
  170. happened but I'll post more details when I'm more coherent.  Gina :)

  172. Oh My God you guys, I'm flipping out! Jason is even more beautiful in =
  173. person and so sweet! Essentially, we all waited outside of the studios =
  174. from 6:00am to 9:00am only to learn that we couldn't get in. At first we =
  175. were so pissed but then this guy said that he wasn't listed on the show. =
  176. Then we really started to get mad because we had were told he was. Then =
  177. as I'm on the cell phone, a car pulls up and it's Jason. We sort of yell =
  178. his name and he turns, smiles and waves at us. Mirage(thank you!) then =
  179. wrote this note about us saying that there were 8 people waiting since =
  180. 6:00am and one drove up from Maryland(Parrothead) and could he please =
  181. stop and say "hi" before he leaves. Well we start to get worried because =
  182. it's POURING outside and he probably doesn't want to stop. Then his car =
  183. drives out and the car stops and a woman says, "Who here drove from =
  184. Maryland." We all push Parrothead up front and said "she is" and then =
  185. she got her autograph first.=20
  186. Jason was so sweet! Daisy said that "you must think that we're all =
  187. crazy" and he said, "No, thank you so much for waiting for me for so =
  188. long." Then he asked us each our names and gave us autographs and was =
  189. just so nice. I gave him a gift and he thanked me(as did the really hot =
  190. guy in the back seat with him) and he was so cute. Daisy asked him how =
  191. he was liking New York and he said that he loves it here. I then told =
  192. him that he has to come to New York more often because we really love =
  193. him and he laughed a little, smiled and then said "thank you." He also =
  194. shook NYJBLover's hand and used her pen to sign our stuff. The funniest =
  195. part was definetly the drunk guy who decided to jump in and ask Jason =
  196. for an autograph. Jason was cracking up!=20
  197.  
  198. We were actually really, really calm. We acted like Backstreet Boys =
  199. groupies afterward but at the time we were good!  Jason couldn't have =
  200. been nicer. I wish he could have stepped out of the car but he was in a =
  201. rush. I have to say that we all agree that Jason is a MILLION times more =
  202. beautiful in person. He was wearing a white shirt and jeans and was just =
  203. so sweet, courteous and adorable.=20

  205. There is so much more to post but I'm just still in such shock. Jason =
  206. was awesome! What a day. Thanks to Daisy, City, Parrothead, NYJBlover, =
  207. Emily, Smiles150, and Mirage for the most memorable morning ever. We =

  634. i do not care for tess (the character) at all. to me  tess has an underlying 
  635. *sneaky* and *evil* quality. like someone else said, all she has *known* is

  637. name of the actress tha portrays Tess..she IS a good actress, and i 
  638. understand her character to be an antagonist to the L/M relationship and the

  642. *holding his own*.....meaning that he is def in love and is being true to

  713. filmed in Covina - a town about 15 minutes away from me.  It's cool because 
  714. along Downtown Covina, there's the Crashdown (complete with alien spaceship) 
  715. the Sheriff's office (which is around the corner) the UFO center (super big 
  716. and super cool!!).  Unfortnately, I haven't been able to catch a live filming 
  717. yet, or sneak in there... ha!

  735. South and Riverdog are two of the best of season one. You've got some more
  736. great ones coming up, such as Independence Day and The Balance. Then will
  737. come Sexual Healing, and that'll be the last of the episodes that we're
  738. 'used to' seeing. The next episode after that is Crazy, and it gets a little
  739. weird at that point -- more sci-fi than teen angst issues like before. (Just
  740. IMHO). :)

  744. did give high marks to 285 S. and Riverdog, at least. I thought Blood

  926. list for over a week now. After reading everybody's
  927. messages I felt compelled to comment briefly on this
  928. one issue in particular.

  930.      My heart goes out to all of the Roswell fans in
  931. Australia who are unable to watch the show. This issue
  932. was brought up again and again about Buffy the Vampire
  933. Slayer when is was cut Australian programming. I would
  934. personally offer myself to any fan in Australia who
  935. wants to know anything about the show or requires
  936. someone to help them in any endeavor. It's a tragedy
  937. that such quality shows cannot be broadcasted
  938. worldwide, especially when we have the technology in
  939. order to do so. My sappy little speech goes for any
  940. Roswell fans, but I have a certain affinity for those
  941. who are unable to watch the show. It's hard to
  942. generate interest in the show to prove to Network
  943. affifliates that it's worthy of being broadcasted when
  944. no one gets to *see* it. It makes no sense, you know?

  946. anything I can to help.

  970. trying to get people on this list to like me) but I
  971. cannot agree with any list members who like Tess. The
  972. general feeling I get from Roswell fans is that they
  973. *like* her. How can anybody *like* her? She's evil!
  974.    Don't think so? I've got examples :-)

  976. 1) Raised unto Evil- Tess is a perfect example of
  977. nurture vs nature. She was raised be Nasado, an alien
  978. creature with no regard for human life. For 16-17
  979. years that's the envoirnment that she grew up. Do you
  980. get an evil vibe of Tess? It's not entirely her fault.
  981. It's been instilled in her since an early age.
  982. 2) Manipulative- Tess described to Max, Michael, and
  983. Isabel that the visions they received upon her arrival
  984. where "to awaken" them. There was nothing instinctual
  985. about it- it was Tess's telepathic power. She
  986. introduced the images into the pod squad's minds so
  987. that they would accept. Worse, she did it to Max to
  988. get him to *love* her. Manipulation is not the product
  989. on which love and frienship is based. Tess either
  990. doesn't know that or does and doesn't care. If the
  991. other aliens can't trust Tess not to introduce images
  992. into their minds to further her own agenda, what makes
  993. her think they'll like her?
  994.  
  995.    I'd just like to comend Kelly Girl for her comments
  996. about Tess. I'm sure a great deal more people don't
  997. like Tess, but if those feelings are verbalized it may
  998. get back to the writers. Tess was certainly designed
  999. to be unlikable, but I'd like to keep her screen time
  1000. to a minimum. She bugs me.
