  29.     I just read on the boards that there are various picture sightings =
  30. of the cast of Roswell in the new April Movieline (David Duchovny on the =
  31. cover) including pics of Brendan and Majandra(seperately) on the town. =
  32. Also, Jason is shown with his entertainment system and talks about what =
  33. kinds of technology things he uses and how he and his friends hang out =
  34. watching dvd's all the time! Despite the cancellation rumors, it's good =
  35. to see the cast still getting some exposure in major magazines! Gina :)

  110.     I didn't mean to generalize in any way and I'm sure that some kids speak
  111. that way, but it's quite rare I'm sure. The things that come out of the
  112. characters of Dawson's Creek and the things that they reference (authors,
  113. theories...) are just not your everyday conversations. I actually went to
  114. one of the most academically challenging high schools on the east coast (for
  115. those in the tri-state area, it was Stuyvesant) and no one spoke like the
  116. Dawson's Creek characters - ever. I just think that the dialogue on that
  117. show is rather high strung for sixteen year old, rather unextroardinary,
  118. teenagers ,like those depicted on DC. Then again, maybe things have changed.
  119. I'm in my early 20's and perhaps kids are just way more sophisticated than I
  120. was at that age.Gina

  291. I think I must be one of the few people that didn't really like Sexual 
  292. Healing.  There was no basis for why Max and Liz acted the way they did.  
  293. Before this, Max was always saying they had to stay apart... and then all of 
  294. a sudden... BOOM!  They're all over each other!  Consequences be damned!   
  295. And if Mike is right, and they were influenced to act that way by some 
  296. outside force, well, that didn't come across at all.  And continuing to mess 
  297. around after glowing hickeys and that other thing (a rash?)  I don't think 
  298. so!  But the thing that made me the maddest was that Max and Liz went out to 
  299. the desert alone... without Michael and Isabelle.  They had *every* right to 
  300. be there.  Grrrr!  (Don't get me wrong... I still thorough enjoyed this 
  301. episode, but I just didn't buy into the sudden change of heart and their 
  302. irrational actions throughout the episode).
  303.  
  304. Oh, and could you guys please keep using spoiler space for Tess.  I'm 
  305. familiar with the name, but I've managed to avoid the rest of the spoilers.
  306.  
  307. And if you haven't heard... starting with "Crazy" on April 10, the WB will be 
  308. airing the remaining episodes of Roswell 6 weeks in a row.  :-)  Yay!

  325. at first i thought that Max was using Liz for the *visions*...
  326. but, watching it again...

  329. he def is head over heels for her....
  330. he is in a conflict.... like all teens..
  331. he questions himself and he has entered the conflict that all teens do.. 
  332. raging hormones..

  334. yes! there are consequences to that... and i hope that they did NOT *do 
  335. it*...
  336. the writers have been very careful in the way that they have presented the 
  337. *couples*.

  371. I agree with Gina...I too went to an extremely challenging preparatory High
  372. School in southern NJ, and no one spoke like DC kids on a regular basis. I
  373. am talking about kids who recieved b/w a 1400 and 1600 on their SATs as the
  374. norm (average)...We spoke just like normal kids everyday...we just knew when
  375. to change it up...take me for instance..I almost throw out the rules of
  376. grammar via email b/c it is like my way of rebelling..LOL

  603.     First of all how can anyone say that Max and Liz are getting flat?  
  604. Wednesday night's episode was great!  I am a total Max/ Liz shipper and 
  605. hopeless romantic so this was awesome!  The chemistry between the two is so 
  606. good.  The first scene was so cute.  It was funny how Maria gave Max the 
  607. strawberry.  You could tell Max wanted Liz so bad!  Liz's shirt was 
  608. unbuttoned when she went back to work and Max's hair was all messed up - too 
  609. cute!  Did anyone notice the next day Liz parted her hair down the middle 
  610. instead of the side?  I really liked the flirting in science class; but isn't 
  611. Ms. Hardy their teacher? (Oh well, I watch the show too much!)  All their 
  612. make out scenes were great.  I wonder what would have happened if Maria 
  613. didn't walk in on M/L in Michael's apartment?  Max is even more built than I 
  614. thought!  He is just so sexy!  I love him to death!  And when Max said he was 
  615. glowing all over, he's so sweet.  I could go on forever about the two of 
  616. them, but I won't do that to you guys!  I just heard that Max and Tess kiss 
  617. in the biology lab.  That's so horrible, that's Max and Liz's place (well, 
  618. everyplace to me is Max and Liz's).  I hate what Tess is gonna do to Max.  
  619. Poor Liz (poor me).  I just have to keep reminding myself that I have faith

  713. science teacher?  We had the semester system at my school and I know a lot
  714. of people who were unlucky enough to be stuck with both chemistry and

  906. This is true, and I'm pretty confident it'll do well in it's Monday slot, as
  907. Buffy the Vampire Slayer started in this same time slot and did very well.
  908. Ally McBeal and Everybody Loves Raymond will be a difficult contender.

  910. In the case of BtVS vs. Ally McBeal, I felt these had two seperate audiences
  911. since both shows depicted 'working females' in two totally different
  912. fashions. In the case of Buffy, you had a strong, confident female that was
  913. a good role model for young girls, and in the case of Ally... well, pretty
  914. much the opposite. (No offense to Ally lovers).

  957. Of course, the plot has to be very safe guarded and kept on a 'need to know'

  974. great! Really nice. I put it over my bed. :) It was hard to put up however 
  975. because it has a mind of it's own... kept rolling up on itself. The tube box 
  976. that it came in was really quite smaller than I expected, but it was rolled 
  977. up really tightly. It's a greeeat poster and I would definitely reccomend
