  66. Well, according to SOD, Dr. May makes a shocking exit on the 9th -
  67. guess we know who the next victim is, eh???  I really LIKED her!!  I
  68. liked her when she was Lorraine on The City, and I like her even
  69. better as Dr. Cassandra May!!!  Fooey!!

  71. Next up, according to TV Guide, Serena's operation will fail and
  72. she'll be blind for "the next several months"  The article says
  73. originally they were going to wrap the whole thing up inside a week
  74. because they don't like to give major storylines to such young
  75. actors/actresses, but Kin Shriner, who discovered Carly Schroeder
  76. (Serena) in the first place, assured them that this little actress
  77. could handle the role.  Gee, thanks Kin. ;~/
  78.  
  79. As much as I'm not looking forward to this storyline, I still would
  80. have rather seen it than read about it.  Why do they leak this stuff
  81. so soon???  I mean, really, Serena's operation isn't even scheduled
  82. yet, so why tell us it's going to fail?  There goes any suspense or
  83. interest I would have invested.

  85. BTW, is anyone else sick of how Scotty is treating Eve???  If there
  86. had been any compassion and caring in this relationship, wouldn't they
  87. be going through this together, sharing the grief??  As far as I can
  88. tell, Eve really didn't do anything that wrong!  Yeah, so she stepped
  89. out of the car - big deal!  It's not like she went on a 3 mile hike,
  90. leaving Serena in a busy mall parking lot for goodness sakes!!  She
  91. got out, went to the back of the car and tried to wave down vehicles! 
  92. Better they should have frozen to death or starved to death??  Sheesh!

  164. I watch a lot of soaps, but because of time, I haven't watched GH and PC for 
  165. the past two months.  I have them on tape and mean to catch up soon.
  166. The other soaps I can watch while I work, but since I write the updates for GH 
  167. and PC, I have to have "free time" to watch them so I can take notes.
  168. I also post frequently on the soap opera forum at 
  169. http://www.delphi.com/soapopera/ so I hope some of you can drop by there 
  170. sometime.
  171. I look forward to reading this list, but I will be skipping spoilers for awhile.  ;)

  474. According to SOM, the role of Justus is beening recast.  Monti Sharp (ex-
  475. Guiding Light) will take over the role and his first airdate will be
  476. Friday, July 24th.  Some generic comment about "taking the character in a
  477. new direction." <sniff> (Although, at least if they are going to recast
  478. Justus, they are using an incredible actor.  But still...)
  479.  
  480. And Brenda's mother has been cast.  She'll be played by Jennifer Hetrick,
  481. Star Trek: TNG fans will recognize as Vash (Picard's love interest in an ep
  482. whose title I never remember, but I'm sure my sister knows it off the top
  483. of her head ;-)).

  500. SOD weekly, and they had misinformation about one of them and no
  501. information on the other this week!  Sometimes Cindi Rinehart has the
  502. most current info, and sometimes she says she's got breaking news and
  503. it's something we've known for weeks!!!  Like when Laura was coming
  504. back to GH - I called in and told her and she said she hadn't heard
  505. that yet, but I heard both of these items last week from her.  Must be
  506. something about how the networks WANT her to know stuff....
