Hey everyone!
This is quite a silly question which has been running through my head =
for a few months now and I wasn't able to find an answer, hope someone =
can help me with this...
What guitar does Sting play in The Police's Roxanne video? It seems to =
me like a Precision Bass, but having followed Sting's useage of bass =
guitars, the only P-Bass Sting played (that I know of) was his famous =
'53 2-colour sunburst. I'm quite sure that the one on the video is also =
a P-Bass, but it certainly isn't a 2-colour sunburst finish, it's some =
shade of white or a natural finish (can't really remember). Is it =
another P-Bass? Is it a different type of bass? Did he refinish it =
sometime? If someone can help me with this, I'd really appreciate it...

Looks like VH1 is going to premeire the new After the Rain video any
minute on their "Hit This" program.   Strike that, it's on right now.
I'm sure it'll repeat later...  It's the same video that appeared on
the new official sting site as far as I can tell.

I really don't think that the slap-bass heard in the new remix is
Sting's playing at all, but I have no evidence other than a gut
feeling, and haveing never heard Sting play anything like it before.

The VJ introed the song by saying that the Ghost T-shirt Sting's
wearing in the new video belongs to his daughter.  Sting saw her
wearing it at breakfast and made her change and give it to him, then he
showed up at the shoot wearing it.

Also, tommorow night is the premier of 1981 Behind The Music.  The
promo featured both Miles and Andy, probably footabe from the Police
Behind the Music, but maybe we'll see something new.

The BTM 1981 was pretty interesting, especially for a lover of 80s music
like myself. (Too much Styx (and I like Styx!), but a nice segment on
Bob Marley.)

The Police were featured briefly two times. There were pieces of an
interview with Andy. I'm trying to recall all that was said/shown....

Bits of the ELTSDIM video and the DSSCTM video were shown. Andy talked
about how no one really knew what to do for a video, so they just
"pranced around." Andy makes a goofy face when he talks about this
that's quite funny. The parts of the videos showed the Police doing that
funky "kick your legs out and bounce around" dance. (As a side note,
does anyone remember the Tom Hanks movie Dragnet? Tom Hanks and Dan
Akroyd go to a cult meeting where all the cult members dance like goats.
Later in their police captain's office, Tom and Dan do a version of the
dance. It looks exactly like the way the Police danced in their early
videos!)

Anyway...later in the show, there's a segment about how MTV helped
launch the careers of bands like Duran Duran, Human League and the
Police because videos were so new that "old guard" 70s American bands
like the Eagles and Journey weren't making videos yet. So all these new
UK acts with videos were played on MTV non-stop and introduced to
America. Bits of the Roxanne video are showed. The announcer talks about
how the Police helped bring a different style of music to the US.
There's a brief bit from a Sting interview, but I don't remember what he
said. The announcer talks about how the Police didn't make it big in the
US till Zenyatta (???) and they had already been big in the UK for
several years. The announcer called Zenyatta "upbeat" or "uplifting" or
something. Obviously didn't listen to Driven to Tears.

Check it out. VH1 will play it about 100 more times this week.

Oh, also, I've seen "Roxanne" mentioned in several reviews of Moulan
Rouge (sp?). Has anyone seen the movie to know how it's used and/or
sung?

ELTSD was on Pop Up Video last night.  Neat.  I also saw another Police =

I am going for a two week, fabulous vacation next May to England and I =

castles or historical sights to go to?  I am interested in anything =

Cheb Mami Plans U.S. Trek




Algerian vocalist Cheb Mami will kick off a rare, and brief, U.S. tour July
11 in Washington, D.C. The Rai artist, who gained substantial international
recognition for his hit duet with Sting, "Desert Rose," will visit seven
cities before wrapping up the trek July 20 in Los Angeles. The tour will
follow the July 3 U.S. release of Mami's fifth album, "Dellali" (Mondo
Melodia/Ark 21).

Among the tour's stops will be a July 13 double-bill with Transglobal
Underground in Brooklyn, N.Y., as part of the Celebrate Brooklyn concert
series. The following day, Mami will perform during Detroit's Concert of
Colors, which will boast appearances by Femi Kuti, Transglobal Underground,
George Benson, Walela, Neville Staple of the Specials, and the Son Seals
Blues Band, among others, across its two days.

"Desert Rose" peaked at No. 3 on Billboard's Adult Top 40 chart and at No. 17
on The Billboard Hot 100. Mami joined Sting last September for a performance
of the song on CBS' "The Late Show With David Letterman," and the following
night at Sting's free show in New York's Central Park. Mami and his 10-piece
band also opened the show.

I went to Sting's concert in Copenhagen yesterday, and it was
great!! Tivoli was packed (some say as many as 70.000 people!),
and his voice was excellent.

The high point for me was definitely Message in a Bottle - I don't
think I have ever heard it sung so intensely before. Of course, a
backing of the size he had yesterday did it's part too...

The only bad thing was his new keyboard player (name?) who was
greatly disappointing. He is definitely not a jazz-guy, which is OK,
but his solo in BOTN was abysmal!

Besides, I wish he'd lose some of the sequenced drum tracks and
let Manu play some more on his own. Take a song like Fragile; Why
on earth not let Manu play that simple shaker instead of using a
sequenced drum track?? I just think it would breathe even more life
into the songs.

I've only seen the first half of the video, but I thought it was kinda
funny... The haircut is copied from a band called Leningrad Cowboys, Sting
had seen them somewhere and I quess he understood the joke behind it. The
reason why I know this is that The Leningrad Cowboys is a Finnish band, and
the clip I saw was on of the "pop-up videos" on vh1.

I just don't remember whether Sting had those Leningrad Cowboy-boots - they
are about a meter long sharp headed "rock'n'roll" boots.

The band made few movies and had a lots of gigs around europe (they were
especially popular in Germany), but I think the band is broken these days...

So I guess everything has some kind of sense in it...

Hmm, I wonder if he actually did copy the hairdo from them? I remember
not being impressed with the video, and thinking "I always thought Sting
looked good in any hairstyle, until now..." But that would make it
funnier. The first I heard of the Leningrad Cowboys was one year I was
flying home from visiting my grandmother in Finland and on one channel
on the plane they were playing a recording of a free concert that they
had done in Helsinki. It was hilarious! They were joined by a Russian
army choir and when they did Stairway to Heaven, the choir sang "Makes
me wonder, makes me wonder" in the background. And they did Gimme All
Your Lovin' with snatches of the Russian national anthem thrown in.

I saw one of their movies and the best part was when one of the Cowboys
kicked a car tire and punctured it with his pointy boot. Ok, so you had
to see it for yourself :)

Sorry for the delay, but I'm on the digest (so apologies if this question
has already been answered).

I think it is a Precision.  I read somewhere (Musician magazine?) that he
picked up Precision bass and a black Stratocaster at Many's in New York when
The Police came over the first time 'round.

In the book THE POLICE:  A VISUAL DOCUMENTARY BY MILES, there is a still
from the "Roxanne" video as well as a photo of them in concert where he is
playing a blonde Fender Precision fretless.  You can just make out the
Fender logo on the headstock.  Both shots are on the "July 1979" page of the
book (it doesn't have regular page numbers).

In the December 1981 issue of Musician magazine (p. 65) there is a brief
mention of Sting's Precision(s):

Sting, perhaps the best-known fretless bassist this side of Jaco Pastorius,
reported that lately he's gotten back into using frets.  "The big problem I
have onstage is that I sing, I play Moog pedals and I play bass, so I've got
to do three things at once.  So I've gotten back into using grets, because
it's one thing less I've got to do."  At the moment he's using a standard
Fender Precision bass, which is on loan from Andy Summers.

Once upon a time (1994?), I actually had a "Sting bass FAQ" that I posted to
the list whenever the opportunity presented itself.  But time has not been
kind to the floppy it resides on.  However, some of the more relevant parts
from it can be found within The Sting FAQ on Marisa Meisters' nice site
(http://www.stingetc.com/sting.html).  If you still have "the need to know"

BUT what is funny is that the extra cd-single contains the text: "FOR
PROMOTION ONLY NOT FOR SALE" ... sounds a bit strange knowing that this cd
can only be purchased when buying it ... ,;-)  "Contradictio in terminis"?

Do Do?  Where did that come from?

One final question, this also contains some rarely played live tracks as
well.  Could someone enlighten me as to what songs from the Police era were
rarely played live?  This CD has Secret Journey, Murder by Numbers, Too Much
Information, THE '83 (live in '80).

If my memory serves me.... this originally came out on vinyl as "Police
Repurcussions" or "Police Rarities"... anyway, the live Truth Hits is from a
show in Cleveland at the Agora Ballroom...  Secret Journey and Too Much
Informaiton were on the set list very early on the Ghost Tour, but as you can
tell, they weren't quite right.  Secret Journey usually turned into a medley (I
don't remember what with) and was quickly dropped from the set, as was Too Much
Info.

I dont' remember any demos on the vinyl, but if they're on the Cd they're
probably Sting's Ghost Demos....??? As fro De do... there was a spanish and
japanese version and they were put out on a single together, so some of us I'm
sure have that one...you know our boys, they love to please and that song was
perfectly suited for other languages with it's multinational chorus.

Another live track that you hear once and a while was NO time this Time, and
I've only seen it on disc 2 of the Wallaby Bootleg or Live in Melbourne bootleg
(1981)  But I guarantee that the recording was from an earlier tour - probably
the second or third US tour.

Too Much Information was played at the first few gigs of the German tour in
October 1981.  It was played as a medley with When The World Is Running
Down...

Secret Journey was played at a handful of gigs in the USA during April 1982.

De Do Do Do De Da Da Da was performed in English/Japanese in Japan during
the February 1981 tour.

There was a snippet of I Burn For You instrumental during Shadows In The
Rain at the last couple of shows of the 1982 tour in September.

Regarding the studio versions of the Spanish and Japanese versions of De Do
Do - they can be found on CD.  The Spanish version is on a CD entitled
"Stars In Spanish" and the Japanese version can be found on the bonus 3" CD
single that comes with the Japanese CD release of "The Very Best Of Sting &
The Police".  Not sure if this was a limited release or with all copies.

Just have to say it's wonderful to have everyone come out and give some

The Live at Gateshead CD set I have also had the Secret Journey (live) track
added to it.  I'm not sure if it's the same one as on "Ghost Stories".  Does
anyone have some insight into the "complete" Ghost in the Machine demos?

internet access through webtv and been lucky enough to find a community
dedicated to this wonderful band.

My question is this...The police cds that I own have on the back inserts
that they are remastered, but then I see these ones in the stores and
they look like different packaging. What is the difference, if any, in
the remastering?

Sting will not play at the Ippodromo in Milano, but at Idroscalo Park, near
the airport of Linate and at the side of the small artificial lake called
Idroscalo.
Mosquitos will be very happy that night!
The place is very close to the area where The Police played in Milano in
1982; that concert was dated 4th July, this Sting concert will be on 6th
July!
If you read 1982, you can find 19+82 that makes '01!!!
The place is getting closer to the Police one and the date of the concert is
nearly the same.
Ok, it's just my imagination, but I do strongly believe in such sort of
coincidences.

We enjoyed the show at Hala Rondo, but I think there were not so

June, that was the last one I attended at the BND Tour.

They have dropped 'Tomorrow We'll See' and 'Message In A
Bottle' as well, unfortunately. The whole concert took only 1 hour
and 40 minutes. The stage and the whole showed a low-budget
performance, because there were not so great spectacular
things and they seemed to be in a big hurry to end the show until
10 p.m. Don't know why...

As far as I remember, the bass line of 'If You Love Somebody
Set Them Free' was not as usual, the sound of Sting's bass
was different and it was jazzier than before.

One of my biggest disappointments was that they simply left
Jason's piano solo from 'Englishman In New York', although
that song received the greatest welcome and it was the peak
of the show!

The athomshere was really good and we danced in the fourth or
fifth row between Dominic and Sting. Sting seemed to be in a good
mood although his sweat intensely flowed over his bass, Brian
as well.

Jason Rebello was behind the keyboards again and Jeff Young
sang backing vocals instead of Russ Irwin who didn't show up.

Kipper wore a red T-shirt with an 'I EAT GLUE' sign on it. Dominic
showed some really exciting moves, funny faces and new guitar
riffs.

Personally, I enjoyed the show and the idea that I saw Sting for
the last time on tour with the material of the 'Brand New Day'
album.

Ps.: Winca! Unfortunately, I haven't seen you with 'StingMania'
T-shirt so I'd like to thank you for your kindness via e-mail that
you have helped us so much to get there!!! Cheers and a big hug!

Hello,

I just came back home and am quite tired, so here is my short review:
first of all: Jason is back, he played in Wiesbaden yesterday and I was
told he played in Munich on friday as well.
second:the mid-seventies-flower-style tight shirt he wore was so
tasteless that it hurt my eyes, who is in charge of his wardrobe????  ;o)
he played a shortened setlist again, leaving out 1000years and
MessageIAB, the band returned to the stage for the encores quickly,
looks like they had a tight schedule, no noise after 10pm could be a
reason (and typical for Germany...)
the soundcheck was more interesting than the concert itself, they played
a bossa nova version of Fragile and a very jazzy version of Perfect
Love... with Sting adding "Hit the road, Jack", are these the rehearsals
for the reworked versions we will find on the rumoured upcoming live album???

Do you think the "secret" special performance could be on his  50th birthday
since they haven't revealed a date yet? Did someone say it's going to be in
Italy? Also, has anyone heard how they're going to ticket the show? One thing
I remember seeing/hearing was that it was going to be only contest winners.
How fair is that if they aren't really fans?

OH, I was at Target a few weeks back inquiring about the poster they promised
me month ago (that has since gone missing) and the gentleman said they've got
a 6 foot poster/standup coming in the fall (which leads me to believe it's a
birthday concert with quick distribution that first week in October) Does
anyone have contacts at Target? I wonder if it's going to be another Target
exclusive. The gentleman here said they couldn't keep the CD's on the shelf
in February. If that's the case nationwide, I can't see why they wouldn't
promise a quick distribution for another exclusive CD.

There's a light plane buzzing Andy Summers' beachside home in Los Angeles.
He's trying to enjoy the sunshine while he talks up his new record, Peggy's
Blue Skylight, an exploratory homage to late jazz giant Charles Mingus.

"I want to shoot it down," the former Police guitarist rails over the
airborne noise pollution. "I feel like I'm in (the Hitchcock film) North By
Northwest."

"It's not Sting up there, is it?" I venture.

"It probably is, yeah."

We jest, of course. It's 18 peaceful years since Synchronicity, the famously
bloody ordeal that finally ripped apart the threadbare three-way alliance of
The Biggest Band In The World, circa 1983.

The fortunes of the Police's former singer and songwriter, Sting, have since
been well documented in the pop charts, in Hollywood and, of course, those
annual lists of the world's wealthiest rock stars.

Less celebrated but no less prolific is the guitarist whose minimalist jazz
style forged an inspired link between Sting's pop hooks and Stewart
Copeland's reggae rhythms to make the Police one of rock's most distinctive
voices.

"I'm glad you made that connection," Summers says. "Some people say, 'Oh, so
now you're doing jazz?', and I'm like, 'What? It's the same f---ing music!'.
It's the same spirit that informs what I did in the Police. It's trying to be
adventurous, to do something that's got a bit of a different taste in it.

"Certainly, Sting and I both came out of jazz groups, and we both loved
classical guitar music, South American music, indie music - it was all in
there. We were A Rock Group" - the term comes with an ironic inflection -
"but the information came from many other sources besides the Beatles and the
Stones.

"It was that creative hybrid that made the band as interesting as it was.
It's the same kinda thing with Radiohead, I suppose. It's what the better
bands are doing. Otherwise it just becomes generica, which I always avoid at
all costs."

Summers was a 35-year-old music-biz veteran when he fell into the Police in
the midst of the UK punk explosion. Jazz had been his first love. He'd joined
Eric Burdon's New Animals and prog outfit the Soft Machine only after cutting
his teeth in Zoot Money's Big Roll Band as a teenager.

As the Police imploded in the early '80s, Summers liberated himself with two
experimental albums with fellow guitar maverick Robert Fripp. After some
"hack work" as a Hollywood soundtrack composer, he's slowly made his way back
to the less restrictive realm of jazz.

"Charles Mingus was a very idiosyncratic composer of the 1950s and '60s," he
says of his latest obsession. "He was a fiercely individual guy, so taking
these pieces on was somewhat daunting, 'cos they're sort of etched in the
jazz canon.

"To make an album like this, obviously it's an act of homage, but you want to
put your own signature on it and be really creative with it without
destroying the original spirit. It's difficult to pull off, but there are
certain things that I was able to bring to it, like contemporary sensibility
- and obviously playing the guitar, which Mingus certainly didn't use."

For a rock audience, Summers' focus on Mingus is timely. In recent
interviews, Thom Yorke has cited the avant garde American composer (who died
in 1979) as one of the primary influences on Radiohead's new, more
experimental direction. But Summers is unconvinced by the results.

"I kinda laughed when I heard Kid A," he says, "because everything I didn't
want to do with Mingus, they went there, with all the trombones and
everything. That was what I was avoiding.

"I don't know if they ever heard my record. Maybe one of them got it, because
I did meet the guitar player one night, and he was like, 'God, you're Andy
Summers! The Police were such a huge influence on us and blah blah blah'.

"I like their records, actually, but I don't really hear any Police on them.
I think their last two records are pretty interesting, and I admire them, as
such a famous group, for pushing the parameters and taking as many risks as
they do."

Some of the more engaging risks on Peggy's Blue Skylight include a rap from
Q-Tip (A Tribe Called Quest) and a dark, smoky vocal from fellow new-wave
legend Deborah Harry. Sting wasn't invited this time, although he did appear
on Summers' 1999 homage to Thelonius Monk, Green Chimneys.

At that time, the inevitable Police reunion question was burning hot - not
least between Summers, Copeland and, one suspects, their respective
accountants. But since their announced "sabbatical" of 1984, the trio have
reunited only for a couple of one-off charity appearances.

"It's Sting's call," Summers says. "He's the one that's got the major career,
let's say. I don't know why we wouldn't do it. I just saw him twice in the
last month, but it's up to him. I think it would be fun; it would give a nice
closure to everything. But it's not the kind of thing where I can call up and
say, 'OK, it's time to put the band back together, let's take the $200
million'.

"There were a lot of thrilling aspects, but I don't like to dwell on it too
much, 'cos you just make yourself crazy. The thing is, we did have it. It's
not as if we went through a career in music and never made it, never did
anything. I don't wanna say I miss it, because that sounds like I sit around
wishing I had something I don't have.

"I suppose the thing that's so great is the incredible attention you get and
the power you have at a moment like that. Everybody's bowing and scraping
everywhere you go in the world," he says with a nostalgic chuckle.

"Now I try to enjoy what I'm doing and be in the moment with it. I still play
to a lot of young people. I mean, it's not like playing to a bunch of
screaming girls in the front row, but to me it's an audience. People who like
guitar-playing turn up, so that works fine for me."

Peggy's Blue Skylight is out now through BMG. The Andy Summers Trio,
featuring Riccardo Fierabracci (bass) and Anastasios Panos (drums), play the
Prince of Wales, St Kilda, tonight.

              Studies Program at the University of New
              Orleans.

              is stepping down from his post as its chairman.
              The concert will honor his work as well as
              celebrate Louis Armstrong's 100th birthday.
                 The evening is the highlight of a weekend
              devoted to jazz. Also taking place is the Louis
              Armstrong Centennial Conference and the
              Satchmo Summerfest - a French Quarter street
              festival.
                 There will also be a jazz mass celebrated at
              St. Augustine (the oldest African American
              Catholic church in the U.S.) and a trumpet
              tribute to Armstrong on August 5. Tuba fans will
              get an earful during the second-line parade
              through the French Quarter.

As all of you know already Sting will do some special performances with
Katia Labeque later on in September, but we just received final confirmation
about another concert that is in more than one way very special.

The acoustic concert, The labeque concert and now also the "Cinema Italiano
event".
The latter will take place in Reggio Emilia, Italy on Sunday 16 September
2001. It's organised by the Project Co-ordinator and Flautist, Andrea
Griminelli and the event will feature Sting, Deborah Harry, Filippa
Giordano, Lucio Dalla and Andrea, on stage during which they will perform
the beautiful Italian movie themes which appear on the cd Cinema Italiano.
The Parma Orchestra will be conducted by Luis Bacalov (Orchestra
Centenario).
Place-to-be that evening will be the Teatro Ramolo Valli in Reggio Emilia
(close to Bologna).
The artists will do a press conference on the Sunday afternoon including all
media, TV cameras and photographers.  According to one source, RAI will film
and broadcast everything.

Furthermore, we have now the new Sting track "My Heart and I" and we will
post a review later on this week. This track is being included on the promo
CD (My Heart & I, Ai Giocchi Addio, You'll Come to Me, The Good The Bad &
The Ugly, Medditeraneo plus an enhanced EPK).  Please note: this track will
not be available for release as a commercial single.

So.....

How many on the list submitted a tape for VH1 for the Fans show?? I know
they are finalizing the decision on Wednesday.

I wonder how many submissions they had? It couldn't have been a ton,
because the gal in charge kept emailing me asking if I was going to
submit a tape. (I decided not to. It's just "not me" and my position at
work would not benefit from me being known as a "crazy fan." But hey -
if you submitted, more power to ya!)

So, if you submitted, what did you say, do, show? Will we get to see you
on TV?? Hope so.

my friends and family to see the true lunatic I am.  I laughed hysterically

Exactly!!! My husband just found out the meaning of the kittens I just named
(he tolerated Sting, but had no clue why the others were Trudie, Joe and
Coco!) I don't need the whole world knowing I've been a Sting nutcase for 20
years! At least *most* of you understand, but the rest of the world??? I've
even felt the need to shut up around the neighborhood, I think they think I'm
a 35 year old groupie that needs to grow up... NEVER!

I truly do hope it's someone from the list that made it, how fun would that
be?

Yea! I saw the webcast... I had to wake up 4:30 in the morning to catch it,
and I'm glad I did. What a great show! That has to be the best version of
"Reincarnation Of A Lovebird" I've ever hear Andy play. Anastasios Panos &
Riccardo were drop-dead great! Andy's jokes were, as usual, hilarious (I
knew it - he WAS abducted by aliens sometime in his life!)
It's really strange to compare that show to ones I've seen in real life. In
true life it's just surreal seeing Andy, the legend & the man, playing his
axe IN FRONT OF YOU.

Glad I got that gig on tape...

Andy Summers was well received in Sydney -The basement, for the first of his
three concerts last night.

It was great seeing The Master last night and to be reminded of his wacky
humour that gave the Police some of their quirkiness.

There is nothing nolstalgic about Andy's music which in my view is pretty
cutting edge stuff aimed at the art of music rather than demographic.
However to entertain the crowd he did play an encore of Murder by numbers
and message in a bottle. Murder by numbers was brilliant and the drummer and
bass player were beyond or at the least equal to Sting and Stewart.

Message was the live version without the echoplex which is a fatastic
arrangement,

Is this a standard encore? It felt like a one off. But I guess I'll find out
tonight.

The bassist and drummer were phenomenal,

The humour between songs was most entertaining.... Andy's last words

Catch us while we're still alive......

reminded me of the film funnybones

I don't how good this will sound for two reasons; 1 I don't know how good
Billy Bob is. 2. I dislike Country music.

BILLY BOB THORNTON, the Oscar-winning film star and husband of ANGELINA 'LARA
CROFT' JOLIE, is to release an alt-country album.

The star, who once played drums in a ZZ Top tribute band called Tres Hombres,
has recorded the album in Nashville and his Los Angeles home studio. Thornton
bought his present home, formerly owned by Guns 'N Roses guitarist Slash,
specifically because he wanted to use the famous Snakepit studio the rock
star had built there.

Billy Bob has been recording with country luminaries including Marty Stuart,
who has written scores for several of his films, Travis Tritt and Earl
Scruggs, and the album is also expected to feature contributions from 70s
stadium rock superstar Peter Frampton, one-time Police guitarist Andy
Summers, ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons and Thornton's fellow thespian Matt Damon.

Thornton sings and plays drums on the album, titled 'Private Radio', which is
slated for release in the USA by the Lost Highway label on September

Thornton hopes to tour to support the album's release.

A track from the sessions, a version of Johnny Cash's 'Ring Of Fire', is
included on banjo pioneer Scruggs' new album, 'Earl Scruggs And Friends',
released in August by MCA. Elton John, Sting and Johnny Cash also guest on
the banjo-man's LP.

I am so mad. Just today decided to purchase the remastered cd version of =
Reggatta De Blanc

pardon the french but.... It SOUNDS LiKE SHIT. Specifically it sounds =
distant, tinny, compartmentalized, superficial and just plain wrong

am I crazy?, and if not, do the other "remastered" Police albums sound =
this different from the original vinyl albums?

This is offensive. I'm through with this fifteen year old cd hype and =
