<html><DIV>I have been getting a lot of inquiries about Santa's Boyfriend lately after posting a couple of their songs for download and playing their album on Live365.com. It seems people want to hear more about this band...</DIV>
<DIV>I encourage you to buy their CD. It's EXCELLENT! Here's the ordering info from Santa's message board:</DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>
<P>"Hello All,</P>
<P>We are proud to announce that our new 12 song CD 'Swings And Roundabouts' is now available by mail order in the U.S. Other places will have to wait a little while as we sort out ways of getting round nasty import taxes etc.</P>
<P>The price of the CD's is $15, and that includes postage, packing and mean sales tax etc.</P>
<P>Money Orders should be made out to 'Wayne Isaak' at:</P>
<P>Isaak Entertainment </P>
<P>514 Broadway </P>
<P>Suite 4H </P>
<P>NY, NY 10012 </P>
<P>U.S.A.</P>
<P>Remember, this is only for Yanks at present, but others won' t have to wait long.</P>
<DIV>I attended the first of two Sting shows in Hamburg last night and had a great time. It was slightly odd not having my partner in Sting crime, Fred, there, but I quickly got over it! (Sorry Fred!) <IMG height=12 src="http://216.33.150.251/emwink.gif" width=12> </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I was very lucky, because I arrived at the venue pretty late (around 15 or 20 minutes before Nitin Sawney came on), and still managed to get second row, on the right side.....the only side to be, if you ask me! I briefly met up with Jutta and her friends, who were naturally front center, and then went back to my spot to watch the show. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I'm happy to report that there were a few changes to the show since the last US date.....Sting's got on a floral/zen like shirt as someone mentioned before and I like it. He also sported some cool tinted shades. Jason's back and better than ever and the whole vibe of the show and the band is back. Kipper, Chris, and Jason were as playful as I've ever seen them. And the sub keyboardist (I can never remember his name) is singing backup....a role he fits well. I like him better than Russ. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>There were also some minor changes to some songs....FHU's got a different sound during the instrumental before the 'you got to fill her up with.....whatever' part and it's a little longer. And, I'm assuming just for the German crowd, Sting sang a little of The Ballad of Mac the Knife in German, of course, before beginning Bourbon St. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Great show....Chris spotted me right away, probably thinking 'You're here, AGAIN?' During Mad About You, I mouthed the words Fill Her Up, which he understood right away (good lip reader) and then asked 'you gonna do it?' I pointed to myself and then Sting, and then asked him to ask him.... to which he shrugged and then completely laughed at me! Hey, I gave it a try! But when Fill Her Up began, he looked over at me and then for the 'Here he comes' and 'goddamn' part he motioned to me and I sang those and he clapped his tambourine in my direction as if applauding me. It was fun! </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Also, there was a great moment when Chris was singing along with Faith (as he ALWAYS does....he seems to LOVE that song) and really getting into it right next to Jason, when Sting spotted him and made a gester as if to say 'Why don't you just take over for me here?' They all laughed....actually they were all very jovial thru-out the show. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>So all in all, a great show. Fred, you were missed! </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Auf Wiedershen,</DIV>

I was wondering if anyone has a tab of the song Hole In My Life. If not, the chords would be appreciated too, because the song is mostly chords. Thank you.

So, after the Peoria concert, I've stayed away from Sting/Police music for a month or more... and today, I popped in the old Disc 2 of "Message in a Box"
I've been wondering for quite some time:
What kind of guitar/setup did Andy use to get that floating, edgy elegance on (for instance) Voices Inside My Head? I'm thinking about purchasing the necessary equipment, if affordable, so any Andy fans willing to enlighten me? (details welcome)
Til Again, (and thanks!)
