Trey - pretty funny suggestions there, but you really didn't like
anything about Nagano Olympics? I have to at least stick up for the
Curling. Plus the Luge and Bobsled were kinda fun and until 1080 came
out, I also liked the tricks in the ski jumping events. Ah well, I
guess it really isn't the greatest game, but I wouldn't go so far as to
group it with War Gods and Sub Zero.
I'd suggest getting
War Gods
Mortal Kombat Mythologies : Sub Zero
Mike Piazza's StrikeZone
Mace : The Dark Age
Nagano Winter Olympics '98
Actually I was kidding, you really should get....

People, stop being so optomistic about Zelda's release date, Warzone was
supposed to come out in early July, then they changed it to late July,
not early August, now mid-august, Aug.11 The same thing will PROBABLY
happen to Zelda, because Lincoln and Nintendo stress "quality" in there
games, have fun waiting for it, I'm still waiting for Warzone, and I'm
not at the very least happy!

First of all, they are VERY stupid. I suggest that you keep your systems in a
locked case (when my Nintedno-crazed cousins come over, a toybox with a lock
becomes my best friend). That, and mix all your bad games and put them in
differnt cases, and keep your good games in music cases that say like Frank
Sinatra sings to the theme of Sesame Street :-)

Scoyt, you don't get it. Nintendo of America (Lincoln's affiliation) DOES NOT
work on any games. It's Nintendo Co., Ltd. in Japan that makes the games. And
since the Zelda has been delayed for a little more than a year now, they would
be idiots to miss the Christmas rush and not get the game out on time.

Hey, thought I'd just bring up a couple stuff since the list has been pretty slow
today.. Here they are:
What NES game(s) would you like to see be remade for the N64? I would
like to see Punch-Out!, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (I thought it was awesome)
and also Wreckin' Crew if they could make it work in 3D... Can't think of any
others.
Also do you think the N64 will sell more than the PSX this year? Or you think
PSX will still outsell it? I think it'll be pretty close, but that N64 will sell more cuz
of Zelda. Well, that's all I can think of.. Later..

Tim, I would say so. Yet, I want to sell 3 of my games. Quest 64,
Hangtime, and Forsaken.
I have these following games
NBA Hangtime
Super Mario 64
Forsaken
Quest 64
Banjo-Kazooie
NBA Courtside
Diddy Kong Racing
Yoshi's Story
1080 Snowboarding
Goldeneye 007
Star Fox 64
I recommend getting mostly the First party (Nintendo) and Second Party
games (e.g. Rare). A bit of 3rd party games (acclaim). Otherwise,
stick with the first and second. They are usually the most quality ones
(IMHO)

What about CD recorders? They cost between 200-700+ and can be used to
backup
playstation+ PC games, and audio cds. They're also used for archiving
data,
but that's okay. You *are* allowed to back up PSX games + audio CDs,
right?
About **cartridge** backup, well, yeah that's illegal. I mean, HOW could
you
even mess up a cartridge so much that it wouldn't work? That's pretty
hard..
<<<<<<<
Just loook at the Super NES, NES, and Gameboy ones. I have to blow and
sometimes hit the game to get it to work. Trust me, it can happen. It
happens a bit to one of my friend's game on my system.

I was wondering, has anyone played the NES version of ShadowGate and

original but beefed up with better graphics, storyline, sound, and
replay value. Anyone played it???

Hey, is Zelda 64 going to be like FF3 or so. Where one action or thing
you forget in the past will affect the outcome of the ending??? I loved
how Square does that with Chrono Trigger and their FF games. Anyone
agree???

Let careless relatives and/or friends borrow a game. That's how I found out. I
let my cousin borrow Soul Blazer ( a game nobody should live without) for the
Super NES a few years back, and when that little (explicitive) gave it back
the pins (and the manual) were coated with what appeared to be chocolate
pudding. I opened up a can of whoop ass on him when I saw that. Actually I
drop kicked his Sega Master System.

It's a fun RPG, it's no Chrono Trigger, but it's a lot better than that lame-o

Baseball bat to the nuts usually works. ;) Actually, for the N64, that's easy,
remove the Jumper Pak. For the PlayStation, that's a bit harder, the best
thing I can think of besides the baseball bat technique in to buy a large
combination safe. I got one used for $400 at a locksmith, unless you know the
combination it'd take nothing short of dynamite to open it. It's also fire
resistant and waterproof, nice thing in case of a fire, don't have to worry
about my systems melting in the blaze or worring about flooding.

Big deal, Zelda was supposed to come out last year. Then it got pushed ahead
to March 1998, then April 1998, then June 1998, and now November 1998. And why
do you keep blaming good old Howard Lincoln? He's just a figure-head, do you
think he has any real power?

A simulator uses actual physics whereas an 'arcade' racer uses it's own
physics. Like in Need For Speed 3, when you come up to a 90 Degree corner at
150 mph and hit the hand-brake you can just whip around that corner and take
off, no big deal, in a simulator like Gran Turismo if you tried the same
maneuver (sp?) you'd lose control of your car and spin off the track. In other
words, simulators mimic real life driving sitatiuons and arcade racers let you
accomplish driving feats that would kill you, your car, or both; like jumping
off the roof of a skyscraper, afll 20 stories, land on all 4 tires and keep
going like in San Francisco Rush. If that was a simulator you car would make a
nasty dent in the pavement.

I'd like to see the following NES games be remade (or as a sequel) into an N64
game:
Wizards & Warriors
Battletoads
Power Blade
Metroid
Super Mario Bros. 2
RC Pro A.M.
Metal Gear
Contra
Jackal

As far as it goes in just America I think it will be pretty close. Both the
N64 and PlayStation have some killer titles lined up for the X-Mas season. As
for sales for the entire planet, I believe the PlayStation will cream the N64.

I don't know about that, but I hope Zelda has more than one ending.

Games from NES on N64? Let me think.Link was one of my faves. It would be
really cool to see that on N64.I also would like to see Maniac
Mansion.That was my favorite game ever.If you haven't heard of it,it's a
game based on the no-longer-showing-show Maniac Mansion.Except not as
lame. Also Castlevania Bloodlines. That was a really gory game,if any of
you here purchased it.Well,I mean that there were bloody zombies
wondering through-out the worlds.

my suggestion is to beat your siblings mercilessly until they will obey your
every whim =) j/k. Hmm.. quite a dilemma.. lockign up the N64 is kind of a
hassle.. the best way, IMO, is to take all the controllers awway.. it's
easier than hiding the entrie N64.

the B-wing? it flies the same way the otehr spacecraft fly.. with it's ion
engines. just cause it doesn't look as sleek as the otehr craft doesn't mean
anything.. you have to remember, there is no air resistance in space, so you
can make your spacecraft look however you want.
hehe.. flying the Super Star Destroyer.. don't think it'll happen, since the
entire game is based on land. It would be very cool, though.
On another note, who besides me thinks Rogue Squadron should have a
multiplayer mode? Think of the mutli mode in Starfox 64, but with X-wings
and such.., that's be VERY cool
