**** I agree, this was a very good film in general, better
than I thought it would be actually as I was scared it was
going to be an overrated period piece film a la
"Shakespeare in lurve" ... ;-) 3.5/5 is my score.

***** Yes, I believe it is "Marquis de Sade" though, always
strange anyway to have a film set in France and you barely
hear any french ... same as in "Chocolate" for example ...
but anyway ! I agree Geoffrey Rush was amazing, Mmmmm ...
I would have to say it was better than Crowe in Gladiator
although I liked him as well ... ;-)

**** Yep, impressive performance !

**** Top notch acting by everyone involved and it was so
nice to finally see the GORGEOUS Kate Winslet in another
winner ... after a couple of misfires following "Titanic"
... "Hideous Kinky" and "Holy Smoke" weren't really worth
watching ... She's too lovely anyway ... Ohhhhh ... Je
roucoule !! ;-)

**** Yes, at first glance the subject matter is a repellent
so I rented it mostly because of the cast ...

***** Agreeing, you can sense right from the get go that
this will be a good film, I like it when you can tell
within the first few minutes it's going to be a winner !

**** I agree with everything you said but I can't go voer
3.5/5 for that one .. still a very good film worth seeing
... but it is a serious film though unlike such movies as
.. mmmmmm ... "Dude, where's my car ?" for example ... lol
! Sorry Lyssa, I saw 3 minutes of it the other day and I
was pulling my hair out thinking how ridiculous it was ...
lol !! ;-)
