Yes, this is the US release, it was red.

You are absolutely right Bart. Not only is someone completely stupid for
bidding on it, but look at the discription, it comes with a "certificate of
authenticity" that is issued by some random guy, "me personally". Unless
this guy is Moby's agent, or some official from his label what the hell is
that worth? Nothing. I'll type up a certificate of authenticity that a bag
of shit in fact came from Moby's own personal toilet and sell it to you for
300 bucks, does that make it so? I don't think so, besides you're still
buying a bag of shit.

I have been to two concerts where Moby signed things after the show and I am
reminded of those days when I look at my autographed cd's... but I can also
see why a fan would want to buy the framed autographed disc. Not everyone
has a chance to meet Moby in person or get his autograph.
I think you are right though it is buying fandom. I personally have never
bought any autographed items anywhere but I just might if I win the lotto or
something.
Shaun

When I was a wee boy growing up in rural Nebraska (sympathy readily
accepted), my hero, Weird Al Yankovich never came anywhere near to where I
was. A poor little 10 year old boy and all he wanted to do was meet his
idol, Weird Al. You know what that inventive little shit did? He sent in
the cassette cover of "Even Worse" to Weird Al's record company, and low and
behold, though nearly 6 months later, I received a personalized signature
from the man himself. Yippie. I would later meet him at a county fair, so
though I got the autograph through the mail, I was still able to meet him.
Be inventive, industrious, and tenacious and you shall succeed my friend.
Chris.

Geoff I don't remember but did anyone (maybe even me) say that they wanted
it in wma? The Moby ftp site is still active right? Go for it if you have
the time!
