I dared to go to the site that was contributed with the moby theme, and downloaded it, scanned it ...no apparent problems. However, it didnt install properly and isnt usable in the form it came in. Everything gets set to blank, the sound bites are awkward sounding as if incomplete when you preview them...but regardless, it doesnt install. I tried reinstalling the program several times without success. The download does happen automatically when you do get to the site. With his massive Area: One summer tour in the works, one might think new material is the last thing on Moby's to-do list. Then again, it has been nearly two years since he released his now-ubiquitous Play. "I'm home working on my album right now. Every day, seven days a week, I'm at home working on it," Moby said. He has penned more than 100 songs already and is in the process of narrowing down the list to a more manageable, album-sized package, Moby's manager, Barry Taylor, said. Don't get too excited, Taylor warned ù the material won't see the light of day for quite some time. "It's too early to say for sure, but I'm guessing it'll be out either the second or third quarter of next year," he said. Don't expect to hear any remix work from Mr. Richard Melville Hall anytime soon either. "I'm so easily distracted, I've put a self-imposed moratorium on side projects," said Moby, who has reportedly turned down remix requests from New Order and Pulp. "[For the time being], I'm not allowed to do other things. I'm just focusing on making my own record." Moby revealed no clues about the new disc's sound, but he did say he's been listening to a lot of '60s soul and gospel lately. Boasting one of the summer's more eclectic lineups ù featuring acts from Outkast to Incubus and Nelly Furtado ù Moby's Area: One tour kicks off July 11 in Atlanta. The festival is his way of paying homage to the spirit of Lollapalooza, Moby said.
