bingo, chris, spot on.  i used to laugh at eminem
because i thought he was so cliche with his
rhymes and misogyny, but after purchasing the
albums, i realized that there is something much
more to his lyrics and method.  listening to the
lyrics (instead of decrying them, as you state
perfectly), led me to realize that not only does
he have talent, but he knows it.  this isn't a
fluke or a one-time thing or a fad.  even in the
underground, his freestyling skills were tough to
compete against.  he brought that into his album,
that doesn't follow the g-funk, whiny whistle, 4
verse, chorus, 4 verse bs that rap music has
today.  go marshall!

the grammy site says something to the effect that
any song that was released *or gained prominence*
during the year of the awards is eligible for
award.  therefore, since natural blues as a

love cheese and ice cream too much.

i believe that he thought the money that he gets
from those spots could be used to help out
unfortunately families and such.  this is one of
those things that is a hard decision for anyone,
as the money he made from those particular
shoots/music is going to worthwhile charities...
every penny of it if i remember correctly.

could be wrong, of course.  what's more
important, your ideals or the welfare of a bunch
of people?  kant or mill?  you decide for
yourself, and not moby, ok?  no disrespect.
