I was watching Fox News today and they did a rather sad story on an olympic
swimmer who got really sick and ended up getting both arms and legs
amputated. In the background they played a few moby songs. Rather morbid
exposure... but exposure all the same.

I'd have to disagree with that whole idea there.... the man does need to=
make money too! People think that artists can stay "underground," if you=
will, forever, and not get tired of it! Well, for music to improve, and=
to gain more fans, you need that kind of promotion to make your money and=
fund the creation/touring of your music! That's my two cents, take it or=
leave it :)

Holy sweet merciful crap! Last night's show was one of the happiest few
hours of my small life. This is Joe Williams, thanks for mentioning me. Me
and my buddy Tyler were right in the middle of it all. It was so much fun, I
lost my voice after 3 sets. Moby just danced around like a little kid in a
toy store. The night was fantastic. I'm flying to Rochester NY to see his
show there in a bit. Hey, does ANYONE know where I can get some merchandise?
I really wanted a shirt and then when I saw that Moby was wearing the exact
shirt I wanted, I nearly crapped a kitten. But the guy at the store couldn't
take credit. Now it's my life mission to find that shirt...If anyone could
help me out, I'd love them for ever.

Looks like Moby is playing the Tabernacle in Atlanta on 1st November, 8pm.
Tickets are available through TicketRobber (website and phone) and are $25
ticket plus $5.65 TicketRobber charge per ticket plus a $3.25 charge per
order, so two tickets will run you a smooth $64.55 - yeah, that's $14.55 in
additional charges. After all that I'm amazed I have any money left.
Anyways, keep in mind that it's general admission - they have both standing
room and seating. I've only been there once before (Pet Shop Boys) and the
show was great! Hoping for another great show...

He was wearing the one that's just a simple T, but it had a different
colored collar and sleeves, it just said Moby and had the old symbol that
spells out his name.
