hey, im sorry to say this, but i think Hi Standard is
fucking terrible. but i love Boom Boom Satellites,
they rawk!

Brad! why do you think people will flame you for this?
I think AR is Moby's greatest too! possibly the best
ever! especialyl the Mute 2cd, its way better than the
Elektra 1cd.

they should definitley fucking release something more
like this! this is what people are looking for in a
Moby best of!

SOMEONE TO LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE! or MY! LOVE! WILL NEVER
DIE!
> And if you like, what non-Moby punk tune, too.
Ramones "We're A Happy Family" Sex Pistols "God Save
The Queen" Husker Du "Divide & Conquer" Mission Of
Burma "Academy Fight Song" Pixies "Crackity Jones" or
"Gouge Away" or "Something Against You" or "UMASS"
etc. pretty much all the shit i played on my show for
the first half! i think Moby should cover or
collaborate with REM tho. did anybody hear about
Michael Stipe working on the new Utah Saints album?
turns out he's a huge fan of them! and also Iggy Pop
and Chuck D and someone else i forgot are on the new
Utah Saints. ROCK!

sorry, i think that song sucks.

cool, but theres a contradiction. "all own songs" and
"cover" are kind opposites... altho, i guess he kinda
made Straight To Hell his own, as he did with Revolver
and James Bond.
another punk cover for moby: Black Flag "TV Party"!!!
ROCK!!!!!!!!!

One word...wow. I never knew Moby was so popular. I am the only one i know
of around my area that likes him. This is also incredible the amount of mail
i have recieved in the past day. I have Everything is wrong, Play and animal
rights and i just cant stand animal rights. For me its too hard rock. I
think he should get back to more music like everything is wrong. i also
thought play was a kick ass album too. And can somebody please fill me in on
the Japan thing??

To many people EIW is like Moby's Holy Grail.
Personally, I like EIW a song at a time, but I
don't think it holds together as a cohesive
record.

Me too. rarities plus hits. That's what works. I
need to do a volume two. It's a "James Bond
Theme" and a "Dog Heaven" short of complete for
the instinct-elektra periods. But the cd is jam
packed as is. So a 2nd cd with those cuts, other
remixes and rarities will and the play
singles/bsides will be necessary soon.

Subject: Re: (mobility) age?
I beg to differ. I am 18 years old and i almost like Moby more because it
appeals to most age groups. If you like a style of music, you like it
regardless of other peoples opinions. The first time i played Play in my
mom's presence she fell in love with it. Whenever I cannot find it in my cd
case, i can almost guarantee that it'll be in my mom's car. It is
celebrious, I think, because it is a type of music that we can both agree on.
Yet, whenever i play any Moby for my other teenage friends, they love it
too. Moby is universally great for all age groups and that is what musicians
are out for right?? To have their music apealling to everyone!

I'd have to say either "Say It's All Mine" or "Come on Baby". It'd depend
on my mood though. At a concert probably "Come on Baby". Definite energy
there.
