Subject: (mobility) Moby show, my cat, and my cool mom
Didn't check my mail for 1 1/2 days and there are over 90 new Mobility messages for me. It's good though, I enjoy them. So I'll catch up: yeah, moby's a good name for a cat. My cat's name is Mr. Bojangles. He's black and dances around a lot. My mom likes Moby too. She thinks his voice is sexy...don't we all.
Well I saw Moby yesterday in Mountain View CA (by San Jose) and it was great of coarse. Big radio show but I was surprised at the line up for the main stage: everclear, godsmack, third eye blind, cypress hill, offspring, moby, stp, limp bizkit. Wow, he was 3rd to last. He came on at 8:00 so I listened to some bands with my friends including Papa Roach who I now really hate. Incubus was fun though, I don't really like them but it was a good mosh.
Anyway...Moby was fantastic! Here's a nice quote from him: "There's about 17 bands here, am I right? And Greta is the only women here that I know of. And I think she could kick all these pussy cock rockers' asses." The crowd cheered...which I was quite surprised at because most of them stuck around for limp bizkit. Oh, another nice one: "There's something about standing in front of 20 or 30 thousand people that makes me want to masturbate. So if you'll excuse me for about 45 seconds I think I'll jack off now." And he did, no not literally, he did some musical masturbation-guitar riffs for a minute or so. He played my weakness, machete, bodyrock, ah-ah, porcelain, james bond theme, natural blues, and a big surprise...sweet child o mine-I love that song. I know he played more I just can't remember them all. A lot of the crowd was dancing by the end. I only heard 2 people saying "get off the stage!" I honestly expected more. Great show, my friend now loves moby, she has play and was asking me about his other cds. I told her to go get Everything is Wrong. Yea, now I have one friend that likes Moby!

Subject: (mobility) Flower
my whole family went go see Gone in 60 Seconds and they played flower in the
opening credits and my mom passes down the row of family to ask me if there
was a soundtrack out (which I've had for weeks).. I said yes, and this was
Moby, much to her shock.. but she thoroughly enjoyed the song.

I guess Damian was tired like most of us of having mail saying "i dunno how
to unsubscribe, i thought this was .....". Well at least, these guys have no
excuses :)

Yes... and long overdue. I'm sorry it took me so long to get around to
something so simple. I hope it doesn't confuse digest members. They
still need to type: "unsubscribe mobility-digest"
I have a lot of catching up to do... including getting the import (UK)
singles to Natural Blues. Shameful I know. :(

Hiya Cassandra, welcome to the list. I'm from Texas too, near Houston, but at
the moment I'm studying in England. What's your favorite Moby song so far?
