Never heard before of the Aloof and Angelo Badelamenti/Julee Cruise. I'll
try to find some of their songs. Thank you! Air is okay, but I bought the
Virgin Suicides a little while ago, but it depresses me a bit. It's just

Anyway, there are so many people here talkin' about Moby's new song Flower!
I'm getting curious!
By the way: as I'm new, I don't know exactly how to send a message to the

introducing -I was wondering if any of you also got one .It contained
the song "Ah-ah" by Moby and many more .
also ,i just recently got the RATM DVD,and (hold on ..im getting to
it..) I think that is moby standing there watching their performance,at
first i thought it was Scott Ian of Anthrax but that guy has a long
goatee. If you guys have it let me know what you think..

Okie,
So this is not too moby related but sorta, you all know he is like best buds
with that dude Damian Loeb, well in nylon Magazine the June/July issue with
Ms. Gwen Stefani on the cover, they talk to him. It has like an article on
single people in Manhattan and stuff and he is like talking about animals....
anyhow, thought it was an interesting bit.

Ryu "Insipid Textures Of A Drugged Up Pretty Girl's
Mind"! btw, Ryu has a new email address and a bunch of
new recordings out... altho he emailed me like a week
ago and still hasnt responded to any of my messages...

Well guess I don't have to worry cuz I wouldn't waste my time EVER having
any of his shitty, misogynistic, gangsta bullshit in my possession. Nor any
of Metallica's lame ass crap either since they're the other major player
attacking Napster users.
I wonder how we'd all feel if Moby took the stance these 2 are and started
going after people downloading his stuff? I also don't use Napster for any
Moby stuff. I buy ALL Moby material, even mixes for other artists, I'd
rather have the official item than an MP3. The only Moby MP3's I have are
for unreleased material or live material I couldn't find anywhere else or
on official release anyways.
Dre sucks. He's just pissed he sold all his royalties away to Suge Knight
after he threatened a beat down on Dre's punk ass.

It was superb, the atmosphere at an alldayer festival was nothing like the
gigs of his I've been to this year. Probably because we were in a bowl,
surrounded by trees and little fluffy clouds. Slightly shorter set but
punctuated with the usual humurous, friendly loving words that befit Moby so
well! Nightime finished off with Leftfield for another treat!

Subject: (mobility) Moby and the BBC's Music Live event(s)
As anyone who has recently accessed Mute's homepage has seen, Mobes was
involved in with Music Live over the May Bank Holiday here in England.
Unfortunately, I didn't know about it in advance.. As I stopped the VCR after
watching a movie, a flatmate of mine was flipping channels and I saw a
baldheaded figure with a hooded sweatshirt on the tv for a split second. I
immediately commanded that he go back to the channel, and it was Moby and the
very end of his interview, much to my chagrin.
Fortunately, I did catch him and the band performing Porcelain. They also did
Bodyrock to close out the show. It was the usual.. though I think Porcelain
was shorter. He wasn't walking around with nothing to do at the beginning of
the song for as long as he was on Letterman.
This was Sunday, and on Monday, the Mobester did a spot on London Live. This
was slightly more aggravating the Sunday appearance, because I was actually in
London on Monday, and I was in fact thinking while there, "Wouldn't it just be
so annoying if Moby was here too, and I could see him perform somewhere, but I
don't know where it is? Nah. I bet he's on his way to France already." Well,
anyway, he was at Abbey Road Studios, and here's a BBC page with a small
picture on it:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/musiclive/bbcevent_abbey.shtml
And here's a London Live page with slightly better and bigger pics of Moby and
Spinbad:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/londonlive/entertainment/radio_pages/abbeyrdpictures2.shtml
And here's a London Live page with a small write-up/bio:

Hi, I'm listening to LondonLive 94.9 right now, and they just said that Moby's
going to be on doing a few songs during their Drive Time, which ends in about
40 minutes. (at 7p GMT -- that's 11a Pacific)
Everyone can listen to it in RAM by going to any of the sites I gave earlier
(such as http://www.bbc.co.uk/londonlive/) and clicking on the black "Listen"
bar on the right side of the screen in the grey box.

At least, I think that's what they said.
