Subject: (mobility) porcelain single?
Hello everybody,
I just wanted to let it be known that if porcelain is released as a single
it will blow Moby up even more than Bodyrock and Natural blues put together.
WHen Play first came out and I would be playing it in my store NO other
song recieved any comments from customers and coworkers like porcelain did.
The comments were all extremely positive. In fact, I want to know whos head
was up his ass when they decided to wait so long releaseing it. I know that
was harsh and I apologize but that is what I've felt for a long time, I
needed to get that off my chest.
I have a complaint about the us version of Natural Blues. The complaint is
not the quality of tracks it is the quantity of tracks.
I am VERY pissed that I have to buy BOTH of the imports to get all of the
tracks that are readily available in europe. What happened to the 8 track
bodyrock type of single? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make the porcelain single be
IMMENSE. I want at least 4 remixes and a couple of b-sides. No more of
this radio edit crap, that is just wasted space on a cd. Send the radio
edits to the radio stations don't waste space putting them on our singles
when you could be putiing innovative and unique remixes on it.
As long as I'm in a complaining mood, people when you are replying to a
message on this list, BE SURE TO DELETE ALL OF THE UNNECCEASARY SCRIPT THAT
YOU ARE NOT REPLYING TO.
Also, Please change the subject line if you are going to change the subject
in your reply. I'm sick of reading about people trying to get together for
one of the shows with "moby on letterman" in the subject line.
I apologize for the length and nastiness in this email but I had to vent a
little

I would have to concur. I introduced so many people to Moby just through
Porcelain. It is a very touching song and it should be a single, beyond that
lame excuse of a release in Spain which is more like a play sampler. Not
that we're mad or anything but you think that V2 (hint hint Scott) would pay
attention or something. I also think that they should start using digipaks
more, but that's just a personal thought.

It's big and beautiful at the intersection of Broadway and Houston Street.

I believe that the last time that Moby was on Letterman was October 15.

well. i have been silently reading everyone's messages lately, but haven't contributed. i just wanted to share my excitement with you all. i am going with my sister's boyfriend to see moby and bush in concert at central michigan university. i know this isn't much news for some of you who have seen him several times. but since i am a fairly new fan, this is my first. the probably being just recently i fell of my horse and broke my neck. hopefully i will be recovered enough to still have a good time.
peace.
