  62. music.  i love their shows: sifl n olly, tom green, real world, etc. 
  63. but their videos are complete bullshit, and i don't even expect to see
  64. anything good anymore.   that's why when i saw moby and bjork,
  65. i was so surprised.

  142. the new theme song for the new season of the incredibly vapid sit-com

  144. Kirstie Alley (although she was good in "Silver, Nevada", but not in "Drop
  145. Dead Gorgeous."

  157. I just converted another one of my friends into a Moby Machine.
  158. I luv it.
  159. She was going nuts with issues lately and so I sat her down and made her
  160. listen to In the Blue, My Weakness, Hymn, and Everything Is Wrong.  It was
  161. so powerful that she started to Cry.  She said that the musik was haunting
  162. and then she said, and get this, 
  163. "It is Soooooooo True"
  164. "whats True" I asked. We were playing Everything Is Wrong at the time.
  165. "This world is so fucked up.  I can hear this guy talking to me through the
  166. tunes.  It's like God is watching down on us with his head in his hands,
  167. saying where did I go wrong.  And this musik is the soundtrack."
  168. The scary thing is that she didn't even know the name of the song or the
  169. album.  When I told her she told me to get out of town, so I showed her the
  170. cover to prove it and she fell in love with it.  She is more happy now than
  171. I have ever seen her.  It's like she is more focused now.

  364. ok.. HOwdy and here it is.... HI I'm april and I got to know moby from my 
  365. best friend Rob who is also on this list.. (hi rob) anyway.... I was told by 
  366. rob that I had to go see moby at his dallas show, so I figured what the hell 
  367. and I went out and bought Play... I totally got into it.... I loved the 
  368. whole thing.. I really dug all Moby's essays... it was great..I was getting 
  369. totally excited and I couldn't wait... but as fate would have it... I didn't 
  370. get to go to the dallas show.. I was pretty sad,, but the gods shined down 
  371. on me and I got to go to the show in St. Louis... It was the most awesome 
  372. thing I have ever experienced...It was no less than a religous 
  373. experience...To top off my evening.. I got to meet moby before the show and 
  374. after.. After the show I went to tell Moby thanks and HE GAVE ME A HUG AND 
  375. KISS.......  I almost fell over on him....it was great.... the whole show 
  376. was so intense.. I've never felt anything like it... crazy     it is 
  377. something.. I will see again... no matter what...... so hi

  425. If I wanted to read commercials I would look elsewhere, not mobility.

  428. show) perhaps it would appear even more clearly to you that it is
  429. PROPAGANDA and ADVERTISING and that you are doing them a service by
  430. promoting it (they're the ones ultimately laughing to the bank)

  432. fresh flavour and zing!  Just for you Coke is producing  a whole new
  433. FLAVOUR and increasing distribution across the world"

  520. Yes!  Earthdance!  Last years event in Seattle was AMAZING!  (and to add a
  521. bit of moby'ness to this post) - I think Moby doing an ambient/chill set
  522. for one of these parties would be spectacular!  I am sooooo looking
  523. forward to Earthdance this year (it's so cool that it is always on my
  524. birthday weekend...whoohoo! :)).  It always starts early early in the
  525. evening (so that we are able to play the Prayer for Peace synchronized
  526. track) and goes way way into the next day.  It was such a warm, lovely
  527. party last year..with no bad elements or sketchiness at all...i can't wait
  528. and i hope a bunch of you get to experience such a great event also.

  582. after a long hot summer i'm at school again, thus i have re-joined this
  583. great list. it's gonna take some time until i realize what happened while
  584. i was off and find my former place here, but i'm already looking forward
  585. to it.

  587. during this holiday i was in germany and came across a moby poster in a cd
  588. shop. gee.. it is my first (and i guess the last too) moby poster, it's an
  589. advertisment for the PLAY album and it shows the cover. it cost 3,- DM, 
  590. what is an amazingly low price for a poster in my home country. Does somebody
  591. has any spare moby posters ? from shows, albums etc... . i know, that in the
  592. A.R. booklet, there is a photo of some street somewhere (i guess ) in NYC,
  593. and one of the walls is covered with EIW posters. 
  594. the merchandising conditions for foreign countries are quite unacceptable, so
  595. if anyone could help.... surely i'll pay (if necessary :-) ).
