  71. heck it looks old!)

  141. day orb party and listened to nothing but orb music
  142. for 
  143. 19 hours!! i think(i'm not sure)that moby has more
  144. music than the orb. we never did make it through all

  170. happen in the future. and i don't mean to flame(hehe,

  185. and looting and destroying OTHER poeples stuff was

  187. large makes our whole generation look bad. i am not of
  188. "THAT" generation. that was bullshit! SORRY THIS IS SO
  189. OFF TOPIC! but this event should have shown how well
  190. we, as a group, can congragate peacefully and have a

  200. i totally agree with you! there's 5 or six songs on
  201. the discography from comp's and benifit albums i have
  202. never
  203. heard. add to that a lot of the b-sides that have come
  204. out over the last 2-3 albums and that would make a
  205. great full length.

  277. That is the best part about Moby! His albums rock the house and blow your mind
  278. away, BUT when you see him live you appreciate his ENERGY and ENTHUSIASM! He
  279. just goes totally OFF! PLus he does some mixes of his songs that you can ONLY
  280. hear live because of how he does them (bongos etc.). Just IMAGINE hearing
  281. "Feeling So Real" (personal live favorite) BLARRING at you with hundreds
  282. (thousands?) of people all loving it and rejoicing!

  312. Yes.  I have to completely agree.  I was just sickened when i saw the
  313. reports on the news about the rioting and the looting!  I just sat and
  314. thought 'what the f@*%'.  I hate the "mob mentality" that people get when
  315. they are in large groups and how they feel "safe" to be assholes and do
  316. things that they normally would not do if they weren't surrounded by so
  317. many other pricks.  Such a shame that people had to feel the need to
  318. destroy other peoples property.  Luckily no one was very seriously injured
  319. or even killed.  I hope they don't throw another "woodstock".  They don't
  320. deserve one if that is the way they are going to act at them.  Sometimes
  321. the human race sickens me and I have to shut myself in and listen to music
  322. and disappear for awhile so that I don't go insane.  Thanks to all the
  323. artists, sounds and people that keep me sane.  :)

  340. hey sarah, sorry to bug you again. I WAS AT THAT SHOW!
  341. it was beautiful! unfortunately i had balcony seats.
  342. but i was on the floor for the previous tour with
  343. goldie! i LOVE the warfield!!! it is my absolute
  344. favorite place to see ANY show. many of the best
  345. concerts i've ever been to where at that venue.
  346. the orb(INCREDIBLE!)dave matthews band,moby(and sven
  347. vath dj'd-sven is god on the
  348. turntables!),metallica,ani difranco(no words to
  349. describe),the allman brothers,the grateful dead,jerry
  350. garcia band, and michelle shocked.
  351. most people don't even know who michelle shocked is.
  352. but let me tell ya friend, i was in the middle of the
  353. best relationship i've had thus far in my fairly short
  354. life, and it was the last show of michelles tour. she
  355. took the stage at 8:45. my girlfriend and i were
  356. pretty much exactly where you were for bjork, right at
  357. the front. center stage. well, about 11:00 she played
  358. this intensely beautiful song that meant a lot to both
  359. of us, and we were standing there holding each other
  360. crying. she had looked at us and talked to us already.
  361. well she looked down and saw us crying...and stopped
  362. singing! she got down on the edge of the stage and
  363. started talking to us while the band played REALLY
  364. quitely. she asked us our names and were we where from
  365. and why we where crying. TALK ABOUT NERVOUS! we
  366. stammered through explaining that it was pretty much
  367. happiness and that the song had great meaning to our
  368. relationship. she proceeded to explain that it did for
  369. her and the person it was written about as well.
  370. thanked us, and went back to singing. she played until
  371.    
  372. 1:00 IN THE MORNING!! when she announced that the
  373. warfield was asking her to stop. it was an inredibly
  374. beautiful experience. but just one of many that i've
  375. had at the warfield.

  377. whew! sorry to have babbled so! have a great week,
  378. today is my friday and i'm off work at 7:30. yay! only
  379. two more hours!

  571. I was planning on seeing moby on his upcoming tour...he is playing two
  572. shows both about an hour from me(i'm in montgomery county), one in DC,
  573. and one in Baltimore, the baltimore show is on a saturday, which my
  574. parents would most likely let me goto as apposed to the monday showing
  575. in DC, plus the 930 club is DC is kinda in a bad part of town.
  576. but anywho, is anyone here planning on going to either of these shows?

  651. the discography from comp's and benifit albums i have
  652. never
  653. heard. add to that a lot of the b-sides that have come
  654. out over the last 2-3 albums and that would make a
  655. great full length.
