I got home today at about 8pm, and its now 10pm. I just got
finished playing with my mixer. I tryed a bunch of different
combinations of music. The best one I've done so far is a mix of
Chemical Brothers and Enya, no really, its sounds really cool. Have any
suggestions of any possible combinations? I'd have to say my favorite
mix I've done so far would have to be the Alec Empire-Mozart mix, haha.
Anyway, back to playing around.
Later,
Dave

Moby is definitely interesting enough to be the only topic of this list, I
should think.
Does anyone know what mixes will be on the "Bodyrock" releases in the US
and UK?

Wow, I guess I'll say this again. I'm really grateful for having
a Best Buy where I live, yesterday I bought the Freestylers CD for $10.99
and a week ago I bought Prodigy's dirtchamber sessions for $11.99. I
don't think I could stand to pay $22 to $25 for one cd, but if thats the
only way I could get them, then I would have no choice.

they have some mad crazy bootlegs in there. Its weird,
it seems like you can just go anywhere and buy bootleg
12" white labels anywhere in the UK....

Anyway Ive cooled off about the S&O thing. Someone
offered to tape it for my anyway. So you can all stop

I have a hard copy of their whole catalog (june/july) in my
hands right now, and I only see a Moby 12" with the
'Buzz boys MAYHEM mix' This mix is on the UK remix
single of ITB and the regular UK 12" (on Mute)
According to the catalog it's also on some obscure promo
12" on the Rebirth(?) label, but this is no special or hard to
find mix. (especially not in Europe..)

From what I know the Maxi's of Bodyrock will be released on July 12th here
in Europe and they will include these tracks:
Bodyrock" CD-Single
1. Bodyrock
2. Sunspot
3. Arp
CD-Remix-Single
1. Bodyrock
(Olav Bsoskis Da Hot Funk Da Freak Funk Remix)
2. Bodyrock (Hybrid's Bodyshock Remix)
3. Bodyrock (Rae & Christian Remix)
12" Vinyl
A1. Bodyrock (Dani Koenig Mix)
B1. Bodyrock
(Olav Bsoskis Da Hot Funk Da Freak Funk Remix)
B2. Bodyrock (B & H Bodrob Mix)
The cover will be in rosa with a big DEATH-HEAD on it ;)
I am curios to hear what kind of songs "Sunspot" and "Arp" will be. I like
"Spirit" and "Running" on the Run-On Maxi alot.
Have a good time - everywhere you are...
It is so cool to see all those ppl over the worl liking Moby's work... I am
here since Sunday only ;)

Damn, everyon outside the US has been quoteing OUTRAGEOUS prices.
If a CD is 16 US dollars I won't buy it because I know I can always find
one cheaper. You just have to know how and where to shop. Non-US people
must not have huge chain stores like Best Buy or hastings. There are
expensive chains that don't deserve to be patronized by anyone (ie
samgoody) but for the most part these prices are unacceptable, look around
people, especially online.

This is most definitly a rumor.Just because Ohio is the armpit of the
country doesn't mean we ban things for trivial reasons.I've lived in Oh most
of my life and music isn't banned, just hard to find.So in conclusion,no.I
bought ar,er,play.eu,and alot of my other Moby cd's at my local record
shop. The only thing that I can think of is possibly a ban at someplace like K
Mart or Wal Mart or one of the like who are notorius for the banning of
certain albums thru out the country.
