Thanks. Well if you go to parties or club hop a lot then you are bound to
run into me sometime.....before you come over be sure to peek at my
webpage to see what I look like and maybe we can meet. :)

Yeah, I'm guessing that if I was a bit more of a forward and flirtatious
girl I bet I coulda scored with the guy who "likes to score", but I'm shy
and I was nervous.
:D *hehe* Maybe the next time he comes through town I'll just be a bit
more up front and have an even better story to tell the list. :9
Has anyone ever written him a snail mail letter and gotten a response?
I'm interested in sending him some drawings and art that I have done but
don't want to send it if he doesn't reliably reply to fan mail.
Thanks.

I love it when the strings kick in. The song is wonderful up to
that point, and then it gets even better! I am sad that it ends
so quickly after that, though, because I would love it to go on
and on for ten minutes...
BTW, did anybody see Moby DJing in Denver last night? I couldn't
go, but I'm looking forward to seeing him Wednesday night. (!!!)

Run on for a long time
Run on duckin' and dodgin'
Run on children for a long time
Let me tell god almighty gonna cut ya down
I LOVE RUN ON!! ABSOLUTE BRILLIANCE!!
i got the 2x honey/run on single last night, and i can
see why run on was the second single. in fact, it
makes perfect sense.
it flows with honey, bringing the audience that liked
honey along for the next single. becasue they don't
NEED to make singles for the hardcore fan, there going
to buy them anyway.
it's a gospel song! electro-gospel!! very powerful
words. of which i have included some-don't know how
correct they are though. so why does that matter?
moby is(as he has always told us)a christian. it makes
good sense that a gospel song would be released by an
artist who so openly speeks of there religious
preferences, even if the artist did'nt chose the
single!
the song fuses perfectly our musical past with the
musical present-and points us towards the future. it's
a WHOLE gospel song(fairly old from what i
understand)set to beatiful moby music. i love it when
the strings slide guitar sample come in after the
three minute mark. made me smile!! a lot!!! ^_^
very...mmmm...spiritual?
i'm glad i heard the extended version first-it rocks!
i am also totally in love with moby's 118 mix and
moby's low side mix of honey on one of the twelve
inches. got that last night as well. to anyone that
has the low side mix-play it REALLY loud and LISTEN to
it. i bet about half way through you'll be jumpin' all
over the room!
so if the rest of the album is half as enjoyable as
honey and runon-i'll be joyously happy! and i get to
find out in 3 days!! yeah!!!!
God almighty let me tell the news
My head got wet in the midnight dew
Well got up and down on my bended knees
Talking to the man from Galiee
My God spoke and he sound so sweet
I thought i heard the shuffle of angels feet
i've been searching all over for complete lyrics to
this song for 6 hours. can't find um'. are they in the
cd? i've emailed about 50 people. hopefully someone
can find them. i'll post them if i find them.
plur-christian

gave out all of his Play cds. I was so mad, I went around and took as many
posters off the walls as possible, then took the 128 postcards and left. I

I was listening to the History of Electronica on Music Choice this
morning (its like radio on DSS Satelite Dishes without commercials) and the
DJ, Liquid Todd, played Moby's Go (the version off the Self Titled Album I
think) which is fine but how he introed it really sucked. He said, and I
quote, "Moby only wrote one good song in my book, and that song is Go".
What the hell?!? This clownboxer should actually listen to more than one
moby CD before making declarative statements like that. But to cheer me up
I'll be getting play and the two Run On import singles I ordered on
Tuesday!

I emailed over 100 people all over the planet, and
finally a kind person identifying themselves only as
"SorrelBody" emailed me back with the lyrics to Run
On. There actually from a version by a band called
Sweet Honey In The Rock, but I think there the
same...just used by Moby in a different order...here
goes...
You can run on
For a long time
I said run on
For a long time
You can run on for a long time
Let me tell you God almighty gonna cut you down
Go tell that long-tongued liar
Go tell that midnight rider
Tell the gambler, rambler
Back biter
Tell them God almighty gonna cut you down
Great God almighty let me tell you the news
My head's been wet with the midnight dews
I've been down on my bended knee
I've been talkin to the man from Galilee
My God spoke and he spoke so sweet
I thought I heard the shuffle of a angel's feet
He put one hand upon my head
Great God almighty let me tell you what he said
You can run on
For a long time
I said run on
For a long time
You can run on for a long time
Let me tell you God almighty gonna cut you down
Go tell that long-tongued liar
Go tell that midnight rider
Tell the gambler, rambler
Back biter
Tell them God almighty gonna cut you down
Well you can throw a rock
You can hide your hand
You can be working in the dark against a fellow man
Sho as God made the day and night
What you do in the dark will be brought to light
You can run and hide
Slip and slide
Try to take the mote from yo neighbor's eyes
Sho as God made the rich and the poor
What you reap my brother is what you gonna sew
You can run on
For a long time
I said run on
For a long time
You can run on for a long time
Let me tell you God almighty gonna cut you down
Go tell that long-tongued liar
Go tell that midnight rider
Tell the gambler, rambler
Back biter
Tell them God almighty gonna cut you down
Well some people go to church just to sit in the fire
Trying to make a date with the neighbor's wife
Neighbor let me tell you just as sho as you born
You better leave those sisters
Better leave 'em alone
One of these days
Just mark my word
You will think the brother has gone to work
He woke up
Come knockin on the door
That's all brother
You ain't knockin no more
Go tell that long-tongued liar
Go tell that midnight rider
Tell the gambler, rambler
Back biter
Tell them God almighty gonna cut you down

I struck gold at the Lizard Lounge!!!!!!
When I got there I saw some people carrying around little Moby =
cassettes.
I investigated and found out they were called-
MOBY SAMPLER >
I found the girl who was passing them out. She said "It's Moby and he's=20
really good". I said "thank you".
I went back to where my friends were sitting to read the tape.
It includes-
1. Bodyrock (Album Mix) 3:34
2. Honey (Moby's 118 Mix) 4:48
3. Porcelain 3:59
At around midnight they gave away 3 full-length PLAY cd's to 3 sets
of girls who would come up on stage and exchange their tops or shirts.
Needless to say it was quite a scene.
They then announced that 3 more PLAY cd's would be given away
later on in the evening.
At about 1:45 they tossed the rest of the CD's in the crowd.
I CAUGHT THE FIRST ONE THROWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was so incredible. I had been telling my friends all
night that I was going to get one. I came back over to our=20
table and very casualy laid the cd down so they could see
it. They went crazy and it was totally fun.
