How about for a guy with a powerpc macintosh! Has anyone seen one floating
around that was made for the macamp. That is one skin I have been missing
for my pc, and would love to know if one exists. If not maybe something
should be changed about that...

Subject: (mobility) Survey
1) Do you like Moby?
Is this a question for a Mobydict? I dont think so...
Just in case, I answer yes.
2) Which album is your favourite?
Well, I guess it must be one... Hmmm (Keep thinking...)
I stay with EIW R&R
Hey, where did question #3 go?
4) Which song is your favourite?
First of EOE (dont remember its name, funny, isnt it?)
Dog heaven.
5) If you could be anyone, who would it be?
Myself, but I'd change some things. Not obsessed with that, anyway.
6) Which hairdoo looks best on Moby?
The only one I've seen him with: bald.
7) When do you predict Moby will next tour?
That information is $5 more.
8) What type of pet(s), if you have/had?
Had dogs, cats, hamsters, buzzard (well, not exactly, but couldnt find
the right word in my dict),duck, turtle, silk worms (?),dove, etc
Currently I have a black cat. (She's in heat, looking for a black
male to improve colour.)
9) Where would you go if you could go anywhere in the world?
I'd like to visit New York (mainly, but other US places too),
and Japan when I learn an acceptable level in Japanese (still
in progress).
10) What is your favourite colour of socks and why?
Wouldnt say favourite, but more useful to me. Black, and
mainly because they are discrete and fit with rest of clothes.
11) What do you think will happen in the year 2000?
The 1 will become 2, and the three 9's will become 0. Nothing special
usually happens on milleniums bounds. I'd like living to tell.
As for the Y2K bug, life is short, maybe we should give nature another
chance. It's more important to think what we should do AFTER Y2K.
12) Where do you think you will be in 10 years?
Right now I'm 25, so... I imagine myself with 35... Mated (I hope),
working in a foreign country on computer science related job (I wish),
and still wondering about music, and my/our surroundings.
13) What's your favourite colour of toothbrush?
That which comes out of the toothbrush tube(?) when I press.
14) What's your biggest pet peeve?
What do people want so much more than they actually need?
15) Do you want to be buried or cremated?
Whatever, but please, after death. Which is cheapest?
16) What's your favourite type of cookie?
Whatever which doesnt break when you "dive" it into a glass of warm
milk, and doesnt keep crunchy either.
End! Did I win anything?

Subject: (mobility) Moby DJ set in Chicago on 4/16/99
I found this in the Chicago Reader!
Moby will be doing a DJ set at Crobar on 4/16! Unfortunately, this club
is 21+. I turn 20 two days after the show, but that doesn't help. Can
anybody get me into Crobar? Chicagoans? Mafia employees? Presidential
candidates? Anybody?
I think it's time that MCT/DEF released a schedule of confirmed Moby
gigs. I've discovered two (Chicago & Germany) that were not officially
announced, so far as I know. Both DJ set bookings. Check your local arts
& entertainment rags and see what you can find.
The only Greek Moby site I've ever stumbled across...

BS! When's the last time you went to CB?!?!
Half the time (weekends, anyway) they won't let any non-mixed groups in
the door (read: just guys) regardless of age.
They can be real bastards, but maybe that's changed - I haven't been there
in months...found other places to hang.
But I'm still going. Is this confirmed? In the Reader, you say?
Oh, and, yeah. I'm back. Compiling the ThanksII comp list now.

If any of you are going, lemme know and we can at least say hi.

The ad is in the Chicago Reader / the reader's guide for Friday, March
12th, the one with the Hong Hong Film Festival cover. The listing is
both on page 44 (it's got an "N*" for new listing) and also on the blue
Crobar ad on page 63. It says 4/16 --main room-- MOBY -- special dj
performance. The residents who will also be there are Roki, Phantom 45,
& Ryn w/ Collette. (who did a song with Sister Bliss) Sandra Collins
from Twilo in NY will also be there. There is no cover charge before 11
and the ad serves as a coupon for $5 until 12, but the ad doesn't list
the cover charge for entry after 11. There is no time listed for Moby's
set. The phone numbers listed are (312) 413-7000 and -7007. I've heard
Phantom 45 spin before, he plays jungle. I don't care for jungle so I
can't comment on his performance.
