  140. BRAND SPANKIN NEW REAL AUDIO PLAYER!!! (well, I've only been online
  141. for a few months...) god that song is amazing!!! can't wait to hear

  143. and "This Is Los Angeles" by Lemon d. and the d'n'b remix of "Cover

  147. I know this is offtopic, but does anyone know where i can hear
  148. realaudio clips of Aphex's S.A.W. 85-92 vol. 1? I found clips from
  149. vol. 2, and theyre nice ambient tunes, but i think i heard a clip or 2
  150. from vol. 1 on my local noncommercial radio station WPKN, and it's
  151. awesome. I know where to find the album cheap (well, $22), but I just
  152. want to hear more. Also, does anyone know where to find the cd for
  153. less than $22? I guess you could find it cheaper in Europe,
  154. but...whatever...e-mail me offlist.

  322. works on a powers of 2 scale, because the figure i have seen says the top speed
  323. it reaches is 1024 bpm (2^10 = 1024)  i don't know how they measured this

  325. sorts...

  428. For all of you who have recently been talking about Moby doing a remix of
  429. the Inspector Gadget theme, I'm going to speak up and say that my musical
  430. counterpart Brad Comer and I (collectively known as SuRReN) have been
  431. working out the logistics for such a remix since November. :P Anyhow, we
  432. plan to use quite a bit of 303, and opt for an older-school
  433. electronically-produced beat (most of the recent TV/movie theme remixes use
  434. sampled breaks). Brad is probably going to play trumpet for the
  435. original-sounding parts. It's going to be a refreshing, slightly danceable
  436. take on the theme, but will remain true to the original.

  460. wanted to include it.  The US version of _The End of Everything_ is his
  461. favorite record, I believe.

  469. Moby used the Twin Peaks music 'after the fact'.  "Go" was never used in
  470. Twin Peaks.  I think that Badalamenti was actually pretty happy that his
  471. music became a worldwide dance hit.

  477. the Guinness Book of World Records, but I don't remember for sure.
