Hey thanks for the mental picture!!!
To add my own little vision I see a a palm tree - with a monkey swinging from it... but alas it's not just any monkey but a Moby-monkey... I see him covered in gold paint (kind of like one of the Hymn videos) swinging from the tree... And there are coconuts too...
And someone was looking for the Demons/Horses CD - if you haven't tried it yet - try looking in the GEMM catalog... that's where I got mine... and I don't know the address off-hand, but there's a link to it on "The Ultimate Moby Page" (www.moby.org)
Q: If you could be any animal, what kind would you be?
A: You already are an animal.

I was remixing Moby's next is the E club mix on a computer for a friend's pom pon dance routine, and found that working with his music on such a level brings new feelings of appreciation. Even when you just cut out counts or overlap a voice onto a bassline, it heightens your senses and forces you to ponder Moby's thoughts as he created the music.
Try it.

I never mind when somebody sends something way off topic, and I've never flamed anybody on this list before, but if we were looking for religious jokes, there are plenty of comedy lists out there.
This has, however led me to wonder what Moby would think of this. Imagine meek little idiot Moby laughing. I mean, really rolling on the floor cracking up in laughter. He's either so serious or so humble all the time. In all the interviews I've watched, all the music videos I've enjoyed, and all the essays I've read, in none have I witnessed Moby making any sort of approach to an expression of humor.

I was wondering... (I am about to hop into an oven)...what if all of Moby's eco-friendliness, vegetarianism, etc. is just a show? Maybe he's just putting on this fake face just to attract listeners, just to seem more interesting. I personally don't believe this, but the uncertainty has passed my thoughts. All the records and Cds he produces are listened to and created with high-voltage electric equipment which is powered by coal-burning power plants which pollute our planet. These Cds are shipped to s
tores via gasoline burning trucks.
Maybe Moby doesn't love all of us.
The Moby I know would appreciate the fact that I express my doubts, even if they are against him.

Heard of elm? Well, it's worse than pine. We've got that here, but can use other graphic programs as well.

I love Moby, and we'll see with what's coming out next. If it's not good, I may grow to love it like I did AR, but if not oh well. We've got about 50+ other Moby albums to choose from.
