While this is somewhat off subject, it does spin off of the list. I just
wanted to thank whoever posted a note a while back about the Synthpop Network
site (www.spn.nu). I've found out info on many great synth bands, both old
and new, as well as a great associated dealer, www.adifferentdrum.com. They
have Pop Goes the World and cd's by Rational Youth for anyone still looking
for them, as well as tons of other great synth stuff. My credit card isn't
happy with me after my last visit there. Anyway, again, Thanks! to whoever.

Does anyone else find this suspicious? A year or so ago, I asked if there
was a studio version of Heaven. No one replied. Then "moose" asked if
anyone had the lyrics. No replies. Then E. Bunce asked where the song
originated.
You guessed it -- no replies.
So why doesn't anybody know? Certainly there must be someone who can shed a
little light on the matter?
As for me, Heaven is probably my favorite song on the boots. It doesn't
sound like an original Men Without Hats song -- I'm guessing they covered
it. But who wrote the original? What are the original lyrics? Is there a
studio recording of it?
Inquiring minds want to know!
