  29. * are still fantasy instead of horror books

  80. in the same line, but none that matches Glenn's books. It's a matter of
  81. taste, acquired,
  82. rather that another series. Even Croaker fell in love.... It's in all the
  83. books...

  249. In fantasy series that are without simplistic morals--everyone is grey,
  250. no black and white--I would recommend George R. R. Martin's Song of Ice
  251. and Fire series.  He comes the closest to Cook's fantasy noir tone of
  252. anyone I know.

  349. Check out the Oath of Empire series by Thomas Harlan. He's got some awesome 
  350. villains, who you can almost sympathize with, and even his main hero, while 
  351. good-intentioned is not a saint by any stretch of the imagination. The book
