I would recommend reading Silver Spike, then read Shadow
Games and the rest of the series from that point forward.
Shadow Games and Silver Spike are more or less happening
at the same time but in different places. They are all
still good, no matter which order you read them in,
especially now that they are all published and you don't
have to wait years between books.

Definitely read Silver Spike. Since it's more or less a "stand-alone" novel,
and the story takes place about the same time as shadow games, now would be
the best time read it. Also, the Shadow Games storyline continues right into
Dreams Of Steel with no break in the action.
Enjoy.

Read Silver Spike first, because it definitively ends, whereas Shadow Games
is part of a continuous story that doesn't end for volumes. Who knows, it
might not be over yet! I envy you--you have some great reading ahead, no
matter which turn in the road you take. Beware of spoilers, and enjoy!
