I liked Darkwar as well. I read them too spaced out to get the true feel,
but I enjoyed them enough anyway. There was quite a transition between the
first book and the last book. We start off in a primitive nomadic society
and end up with a space race. Still, I do not feel it was as week as most of
the list felt.
