Does anyone know of a way to get a hold of Glen Cook? I've got some
licensing ideas I'd like to talk to him about.
Thanks!

Write to him care of TOR. It will get to him. If you
know his agent, you could contact him that way as
well. It's best to do this and not to invade an
author's privacy. I don't know, maybe Me. Cook
wouldn't mind, but I wouldn't want to take the chance.

I haven't yet read the Darkwar trilogy so please
follow Matthew's example and be cautious of spoilers.
Thanks.

I wrote him a number of years ago about an out of print book
which I eventually did buy from him. A few things to keep in mind
if you write him:
- He gets a lot of mail and can't really keep up with it. So,
keep your letter reasonably short and don't be too surprised or
disappointed if he responds with a form letter.
- Be sure to include a self-addressed stamped envelope for his
reply so Glen doesn't have to pay for the stamp. This will also
increase your chances of getting a response.
- Include your address on the letter you send in case the envelope
is misplaced (that happened to me).
- It might take a while for him to respond (assuming that he does)
due to his backlog of mail.
Glen's a very nice guy and I think he does his best to keep up
with his mail, but writing is his top priority. Good luck. :-)

Subject: (glencook-fans) Monthly Mailing List Update
The March mail archive has been posted.
"La Compa=F1ia Negra" to be published by La Factoria de Ideas in May 2001.
"Soldiers Live" to be published in paperback by TOR on April 15, 2001.
Still no news for "Angry Lead Skies".
I've put a list up on my About page of editions I'm missing from my
collection. If you've got an extra copy for sale or trade, let me know.

I for one would like to read "exactly *why*" Matthew liked Darkwar's ending.
So Matt, please add "spoiler" to the subject line so we can continue.
With Darkwar recently published in Russia, we may have an opportunity for a
fresh perspective. Anyone?
