I believe these Russian covers are recycled from another series of books.
(Much like the covers from Lithuania and Poland.) I believe I've seen the
individual with the patch identified as Hawk in a Luis Royo book.
See <http://www.xmission.com/~shpshftr/GC/Books/BlckComp.html > for what the
covers of other editions look like.
But still, somehow the Russian cover seems more appropriate than the German.
Who is the man in the white robe?

Subject: (glencook-fans) Available Copies of The Dragon Never Sleeps
I was recently in Anchorage Alaska and found two copies of "The Dragon Never
Sleeps" at the Title Wave used book store. I tried to mail to the list to
see if anyone wanted me to pick up these copies, but the message never
appeared. I waited until Eric's mailing list update was posted (to make sure
that I didn't receive no replies because no one was interested) but my
message didn't appear there either.
So...
Their web site is www.wavebooks.com, but each time I've tried to visit this
morning the site has not responded, so you may need to contact them
directly. You can email them at wavebooks@compuserve.com, call them at
1-888-598-9283 or mail them at 1068 W. Fireweed Lane Anchorage, AK 99503.
Hopefully this gets through to the list OK. I know that a lot of people seem
to be looking for this book, and it seemed a shame to see these copies just
sit there...
(Thanks, Eric, for your help troubleshooting - you rock!)

Subject: (glencook-fans) Angry Lead Skies update?
Anybody know the status for "Angry Lead Skies?" The TOR page no longer has
it listed and neither does Locus Magazine's Upcoming Books for 2001 list
(thanks to "klobas" for pointing this out). Anyone know what's up?
Pete
