I enjoyed seeing 'Alison Statton & Spike' at the Jazz cafe in London a couple of years back. I think she released some records under this incarnation, although I could be wrong. I hope she did, because the sound and the songs were fantastic.

PS Julie London does a great 'Occasional Man'. The song still makes me laugh - 'I go swimmin' wearing just a great big smile!', 'finest peaches, sandy beaches ...' etc...
