  7. As I promised during the workshop on July 13-14, I have setup an email
  8. discussion forum.  The purpose of this forum is to make it easier for us
  9. to communicate, coach, and learn from each other.

  11. Here's how it works:  To send a message to the group, send an email
  12. message to:

  14.      effortless@lists.xmission.com
  15.  
  16. Your one email will be duplicated and sent to everybody who is
  17. "subscribed" to the group.  If you reply to one of these messages, your
  18. reply in turn will be duplicated and sent to the group.  It will be a
  19. free-wheeling discussion using email as the medium.
  20.  
  21. One cautionary note:  If during the discussion you want to pursue a
  22. topic privately between you and only one member of the group, be sure to
  23. modify your reply so it goes only to the intended person.  The default
  24. reply to a group message is always back to the entire group.

  26. Finally, if you decide you don't want to receive the group emails, drop
  27. me a note and I'll unsubscribe you from the group.
