  26. I haven't taken it off yet, but Mauro from Switzerland has and he gave me
  27. advices, he said that the ignition switch cylinder is removable from the
  28. panel. he replaced the panel with a plastic box, which included original
  29. switch cylinder,a LED light for the "neutral" and a bicycle computer for
  30. odo/tachometer.I think he could give more you details.

  67. as Mikko says, I get rid of the original panel and I replaced
  68. it with the mentioned plastic box.
  69. Now the new "panel" has many advantage:
  70.  
  71. - - is cheap (~25$)
  72. - - is almost crash-proof
  73. - - it has a Sigma bicycle computer with a lot of functions
  74.   as trip/total-milage/clock/max-speed/...ecc. (model BC800)
  75. - - no more tacho cable needed, a small wire go down with the
  76.   brake line to the sensor near the disk, which hold the magnet
  77. - - could be customized
