  42. Part 1 The Light Shines (Confession Time)
  43.  
  44. As Buffy picked up the small cat she felt the need to confess her problems,
  45. so, looking at the small cat she said, "There toward the end I couldn't even
  46. tell the good guys from the bad guys."  Then as a tear fell she started to 
  47. sing "The Good Guys and the Bad Guys, it's amazing how much their alike.
  48. They both act sincerely but, they are so filled with fear they switch sides 
  49. in the wink of an eye. The Good Guys and the Bad Guys, well it ain't like ol'
  50. whyit in Dodge. You knew where you stood then, what was evil and good then,
  51. and the Good Guys always came  out on top. Now who's wearing black hats and
  52. who's wearing white, who's on  the side of justice and right.
  53.  
  54. The line is so fine between Heaven and Hell, not even a hero can tell. The
  55. Good Guys and the Bad Guys, today neither one wants to fight fair, they
  56. keep changing the rules making everybody fools. Until, finally nobody
  57. cares.  The Good Guys and the Bad Guys don't count neither one as your
  58. friend, when the going gets rough they won't back you up. You are left all
  59. alone in the end.  Now who's wearing black hats and who's wearing white,
  60. who's on the side of justice and right. The line is so fine between Heaven
  61. and Hell not even a hero can tell. The Good Guys from the Bad Guys."

  63. Buffy had just finished to find that the small cat was looking up into her
  64. face and had a small tear rolling down it's face.  The cat slowly placed its
  65. paws on Buffy's face and spoke to her saying "Poor Slayer."
  66.  
  67. "What! You can talk!" said a surprised Buffy.
  68.  
  69. "Yes!" answered the cat. "Now, sit down and let me tell you a story Slayer"
  70.  
  71. Part 2 The Light Shines (Truth Revealed)
  72.  
  73. "You see Buffy, in the beginning there was only darkness, so dark for  so
  74. very long that light itself was inconceivable. This dark void was ruled by
  75. beings that were old, before time even began," the cat said looking up and
  76. seeing that he had Buffy's attention, he continued.
  77.  
  78. "But the light came and grew until the darkness screamed. As much in relief
  79. as in pain. In that moment time began, mighty worlds were created.
  80. Orbiting shinning suns on one such world there came life."
  81.  
  82. "What does this have to do with me?" said Buffy
  83.  
  84. "Listen and learn the truth," said the cat. "You see the dark ones didn't want
  85. to give up everything. They had ruled for so very long.  So they began a
  86. war on  the kingdom of light. From this war came a band of fighting Mages
  87. like no one had ever seen, for they were feline." As the cat finished tears
  88. were running down his small face.
  89.  
  90. "Are you alright?" asked Buffy, taking a piece of her torn shirt and wiping
  91. his eyes.
  92.  
  93. "Yes!" said the cat. "Let me finish. You see these Mages were gifted with
  94. powers like no one had seen. They led a battle against the Dark Ones,
  95. pushing them back. But on the eve of their greatest victory came their most
  96. shattering defeat.  You see they had become complacent in their powers. In
  97. a last ditch effort, the dark ones attacked, but, the Mages were able to close
  98. the gateway. At a high cost, out of one thousand Mages, only a hundred
  99. survived.  The Dark Ones that managed to escaped created the Vampires.
  100. They hoped that they would one day allowed the others to return."
  101.  
  102. "So, it was decided that mankind should take up the battle to save it's world.
  103. The remaining Mages  gathered together and using their powers created the
  104. Slayer."
  105.  
  106. "Oh!" Said Buffy "I always wondered.... why is the Chosen One always  a
  107. girl?"
  108.  
  109. "Because of the female maternal instance to protect," answered the  cat.
  110.  
  111. "Out of all the Slayers, you are the last hope for the human race Buffy. 
  112. You see, the remaining Mages channeled their powers, giving everything 
  113. that they had to create the last Slayer. Out of forty-five only one is 
  114. left," said the cat, his voice started to break up as he continued. 
  115. "You Buffy are that chosen one. And mankind's last best hope for victory."
  116.  
  117. "The chosen one? But, I failed worse then you did an evil witch is ready to
  118. open the gateway, and I can't do a thing about it!"
  119.  
  120. Part 3 The Light Shines (The First Ones)
  121.  
  122. "Come Buffy, it's time you met the first ones. Each one from a different
  123. world, maybe they can convince you that you are a hero," said the cat. 
  124. Then as he waved his paw, a bright light engulfed them. When the light
  125. faded Buffy looked around to find that she had been transported elsewhere. 
  126. "Wow!" exclaimed Buffy. "Xander would love this!"
  127.  
  128. >From out of the light came a man that radiated compassion.  All Buffy 
  129. could see was a red cape flowing in the air. The figure spoke "My name is
  130. Kal-El and I am the sole survivor of a destroyed world. I was raised by a
  131. human family even though I was alien. They treated me as their own, and I
  132. grew up to fight for Truth & Justice."
  133.  
  134. What does that mean?" questioned Buffy.
  135.  
  136. "It means that family is one of the most important things. They will always
  137. love you, and in their eyes, you are a hero!"
  138.  
  139. The figure faded and another one steped forward.  "My name is Peter," he
  140. said. "And like you I tried not to be a hero. It cost me my uncle. So
  141. remember Buffy with great powers come great responsibility."
  142.  
  143. The cat appeared once again at Buffy's side. "I still don't  understand." 
  144. said Buffy
  145.  
  146. "I don't know what more I can sho-" started the cat when he was
  147. interrupted by a female figure stepping out of the light with the wings of 
  148. an angel moving from behind a flowing red cape.
  149.  
  150. "Buffy it's time forget the others, come with me." she said holding out her
  151. hand.
  152.  
  153. Buffy took her hand and then in a flash of light they were gone.
  154.

  182. Part 1 Angel Restored (The Deal)
  183.  
  184.  
  185. Spike & Dru had just returned to the Hellmouth when they noticed that
  186. something was different.
  187.  
  188. "Spike it's gone all the power is gone just like me dollies."
  189.  
  190. "What are you talking about lov-"
  191.  
  192. Spike's chair was grabbed from behind before he could finish his
  193. question.  And a familiar face leaned down and whispered in his ear. 
  194. "Why Spikie, what she's trying to say is that there is now a new master 
  195. in town who has succeeded where all others have failed,  one who has 
  196. taken the power of the Hellmouth for themselves."
  197.  
  198. When Spike turned around he was aghast in surprise at what he sees. 
  199. "You!"
  200.  
  201. "Yes me, now what's the expression O yes, lets make a deal."
  202.  
  203. "Why should I make a deal with you when you'll probably betray us to the
  204. Slayer?"
  205.  
  206. Just as Spike finishes his last words, the dark figure lifted its hand
  207. and from it came a dark light which engulfs Spike lifting him from his 
  208. chair and throwing him half-way across the dark chamber.  "IF YOU EVER 
  209. MENTION HER AGAIN, I WILL SHOW YOU THAT THERE ARE WORSE FATES THEN
  210. DEATH!"
  211.  
  212. "Ok, you proved your point so what's your deal, and what's in it for
  213. me?"
  214.  
  215. "Well, lets see you help me by capturing angel."
  216.  
  217. "Capture Angel! Why what are you going to do with him.?"
  218.  
  219. "Well, since you ask so nicely I'll tell you. I'm going to rip his dark
  220. soul and powers from him so I need someone to receive them, and I
  221. thought 
  222. of you Spike.  And if your very evil, I may just restore Dru to her full 
  223. power."
  224.  
  225. "When do you need him, Master?"
  226.  
  227. "Tomorrow night, when the moon is in the house of Koral, O and Spike, if
  228. I find out that you have betrayed me.  I will make sure that the pain
  229. you
  230. endure will make you beg for the Slayer to kill you."
  231.  
  232. Part 2 Angel Restored (The Spell)
  233.  
  234. Angel entered the chamber to see Spike kissing Dru.
  235.  
  236. "Oh Spike, how about sharing?"
  237.  
  238. "Angulus, just the person I want to see, how would you like to be an
  239. actor."
  240.  
  241. "What are you talking about Spike?"
  242.  
  243. "Well, Just that I have a plan to destroy the Slayer once and for all,
  244. and make her suffer."
  245.  
  246. "Oh, I'm very interested, and I've always wanted to play to a captive
  247. house, what did you have in mind?"
  248.  
  249. "Well, first; you get in this cage, then the Slayer happens to hear that
  250. somehow you've regained your humanity; then, when she comes to save you, 
  251. well even you can figure out the rest."
  252.  
  253. As Angulus entered the cage the door was slammed shut and locked,
  254. Angulus grabbed the bars, and his hands started to burn, his screams
  255. fill 
  256. the night.
  257.  
  258. Then a figure moved from the shadows and stood before him.
  259.  
  260. "Well, look what the bat flew in." The dark figure motions for Spike to
  261. stand next to the cage."
  262.  
  263. With Spike standing next to the cage that is holding Angulus the figure
  264. waved its hands and the dark power of the Hellmouth poured forth
  265. surrounding 
  266. both Angulus and Spike.  When it cleared Spike stood taller and his face 
  267. reflected the evil of two demons.
  268.  
  269. "Oh Angulus! I should think you.  I feel like a god; Now what do we do
  270. with the trash Master?
  271.  
  272. "Feel free to have fun but don't kill him yet!"
  273.  
  274. Using a pair of gloves Spike opened the cage and grabbed angel.  Hurling
  275. him across the room when he hit the wall the sound of bones breaking can 
  276. be heard.  Spike moved with a speed that has never been seen in any
  277. other 
  278. vampire.  He grabbed Angel again and Prepared to throw him once more
  279. across 
  280. the room when Dru Grabbed his shoulder.
  281.  
  282. "I want to play with daddy."
  283.  
  284. She then grabbed Angel using her new found strength and breaks both his
  285. legs.  "Oh no, dollies broke!"
  286.  
  287. "Enough! Now the fun begins bring him and follow me."
  288.  
  289. With that the two vampires grabbed the battered and bruised Angel and
  290. follow the dark one.  Soon they are outside of Buffy's house the figure 
  291. then grabbed Angel from Spike using one hand, holds him to the door, and 
  292. using the other drives a wooden stake through his shoulder.  The pain is 
  293. so intense that Angel passes out.
  294.  
  295. "Oh!" Says Spike I would really like to see her face when she comes home
  296. to this."
  297.  
  298. "Don't worry Spike, I'll tell you everything."
  299.  
  300. Part 3 Angel Restored (Discovery)
  301.  
  302. Buffy came home to find Angel impaled to her door. She grabbed the stake
  303. and starts to pull it from him when she notices that the sun is coming
  304. up
  305. and the places where it's touching Angel are not burning she runs into
  306. the 
  307. house and dials 911.  Within a matter of moments an ambulance arrives,
  308. they 
  309. carefully remove the stake and dress the wound, then put him on a
  310. stretcher 
  311. and start to the ambulance, one of them asked Buffy if she knows the
  312. man.
  313.  
  314. "Yes!" she replies "He's my boyfriend."
  315.  
  316. "Ok! were taking him to the hospital, do you want to ride in with us?"
  317.  
  318. "Yes!"
  319.  
  320. Later at the Hospital Buffy called Giles and told him what had
  321. happened.  He tells her that he'll stop and get Willow & Xander and
  322. they'll 
  323. be there as soon as they can.
  324.  
  325. As the doctor comes out of the O/R Buffy cornered him to ask how Angel
  326. was.
  327.  
  328. "Miss Summers, he has had both arms & legs broke, multiple cuts &
  329. abrasions and we've had to give him a lot of blood to replace what he 
  330. lost from the shoulder wound, but he's going to be fine.  He just needs 
  331. a lot of rest.  You can go see him now, but, no more then 15 minutes.  
  332. You can come back tomorrow."
  333.  
  334. As Buffy started toward the room Giles, Willow & Xander met her and
  335. together they all enter the room.
  336.  
  337. "Giles! he's human" says Buffy "I saw the sun hit him and nothing
  338. happened."
  339.  
  340. Angel starts to wake up.  The first sight he sees is Buffy, and he says.
  341. "I've died and gone to heaven because I'm looking into the face of an
  342. angel."
  343.  
  344. Buffy grabbed him and started to cry."
  345.  
  346. "Oh god! Angel I love your so much it hurts,  It's good to have you
  347. back."
  348.  
  349. "Yes" says Giles "very good, but how did this happen?"
  350.  
  351. "I don't know!  The last thing I remember was Spike putting me in a
  352. cage, and a figure coming out of the shadows and waving his hands at 
  353. both me and Spike, then, pain as if,  Oh god!  He ripped the demon from 
  354. me and added it to Spikes"
  355.  
  356. "I've heard of this happening" Said Giles "But it's said that only a
  357. Demon Wizard can do it.  An if there's one here, than this is just 
  358. the start but, I wonder what would make him change you back into a 
  359. human?"
  360.  
  361. "Looks like it would keep Buffy busy trying to take care of vamp boy
  362. here while he raises an army." said Xander
  363.  
  364. That night in the chamber of the Master, laugher can be heard as the
  365. evil figure tells Spike what happened at the hospital.
  366.  
  367. "Then she says oh Angel I love you so much.  It was all I could do not
  368. to rip her heart out then and there.  But soon the Slayer will see what 
  369. the price is for her love as I destroy her friends and family, one by
  370. one, 
  371. till she is the only one left.  Then I will make her watch as her
  372. precious 
  373. Angel is ripped to pieces.  Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!"
  374.

  390. Giles enters the library to find Buffy, Xander & Willow sitting at one
  391. end of the table they were waiting for him <God I wish just once these 
  392. Children could have a normal life> thought Giles as he moved toward the 
  393. table.
  394.  
  395. "Hey G-man, what's the evil creature of the week?" Asked Xander turning
  396. toward Giles his gaze lingering a few seconds on Buffy.
  397.  
  398. "Well, it looks like it maybe a quite week.  No vampire activate for a 
  399. couple of days, so, why don't you three go have some fun," Said Giles
  400.  
  401. At that Buffy's face hit the floor
  402.  
  403. "WOO HOO!" Yelled Xander jumping up from the table and grabbing the
  404. two girls he pulled them toward the door and out of the library.
  405.  
  406. "Xander, slow down" Said Willow "What's the rush?"
  407.  
  408. "Will, G-man just let us have the night off.  I'm afraid that if we 
  409. don't run now he may change his mind." Said Xander
  410.  
  411. "Oh! running is good in fact running fast is better." Replied Willow 
  412. as the group ran across the school parking lot.
  413.  
  414. Xander arrived at Buffy's house.  He started to knock on the door but
  415. before he could knock.  The door was opened, Xander's mouth hit the
  416. ground as Buffy invited him in.  She was wearing a low cut strapless, 
  417. tight fitting black dress.  It really made you look.  Not that he needed 
  418. a reason.  Because he loved her.
  419.  
  420. "Down boy!" Said Buffy as she reached over to pull Xander in an embrace.
  421.  
  422. Xander reached up to slowly rub his hand over her cheek.  For the last 
  423. few weeks after the battle at  the warehouse he and Buffy had been 
  424. spending more of their free time with each other.
  425.  
  426. "Sorry Buff, but you look great!" Replied Xander
  427.  
  428. "Yah! lets go or we'll be late to meet Willow." Said Buffy slipping her 
  429. arm through Xander's as they walked to his car.
  430.  
  431. As the car pulled out they felled to notice that a strange vortex was 
  432. starting to form.
  433.  
  434. As the vortex became stable the first of the vampire soldiers came out,
  435. singling the begin of the invasion of our reality.
  436.

  454. Buffy turned around when she heard the door to the library open.  Her face
  455. registered surprise at what she seen.  It was like looking in a mirror.
  456.  
  457. "So, this is the other me!" Said Buffy* as she walked over to Buffy. 
  458. Grabbing her by the hair and slamming her head into the library table
  459. causing her to fall to the floor unconscious.
  460.  
  461. "Well! that was no challenge.  Spike she's all yours drain her dry." Said
  462. Buffy*
  463.  
  464. But just as Spike started to sink his fangs into Buffy's throat.  He exploded
  465. into dust.  Buffy* & Xander* turned to see Xander standing beside Willow
  466. And Giles Holding a crossbow.
  467.  
  468. Their body Language showed that they were ready to fight.
  469.  
  470. "Xander, lets go.  Well deal with these rejects later." Said Buffy* kicking
  471. the other Buffy before she and Xander* walked out the door.
  472.  
  473. Xander ran across the room using his vampire speed.  Then slowly, he lifted
  474. Buffy up and laid her down on one of the tables.  Giles walked over to
  475. check her head as Willow brought out the first aid kit.
  476.  
  477. "Will she be OK?" Xander asked Giles
  478.  
  479. "I think so.  The wound is not that deep.  Her Slayer strength should speed
  480. up the healing process." Replied Giles wrapping a bandage around Buffy's
  481. head wound.
  482.  
  483. "Who was that?  She looked just like Buffy.  Not to mention that her
  484. company was the image of Xander.  Minus the vamp out." Said Willow
  485. who looked over to see that Xander still had on his game face.
  486.  
  487. When Xander heard what Willow had said his face slowly returned to
  488. normal.  His hand was still holding Buffy's as she started to wake up.
  489.  
  490. "Hey beautiful." Said Xander looking deep into her eyes.
  491.  
  492. "What happened?" Exclaimed Buffy trying to jump up. She was
  493. lightheaded and started to fall.
  494.  
  495. Xander quickly grabed her helping her back to the table.  Feeling her hand
  496. tighten on his. Xander looked into her face to see her smile back at him. 
  497. She was glad that he was here for her.
  498.  
  499. Meanwhile in another part of town. Willow* pulls the leaver that actives 
  500. her machine.  She sends out a quantum field that intercepts the one from 
  501. her other machine.  This causes the two to exploded with a quantum plasma
  502. flash.  The two doorways stabilizes and the army of the Slayer begins to
  503. march from their world.  Hundreds and hundreds poured from the gateway,
  504. the invasion of our world had begun.
  505.  
  506. As Buffy* watched she started to laugh. "Soon, this world shall fall and
  507. from its ashes I shall create a new order and rule supreme!"
  508.

  524. Back at the library, where Buffy had began to regain conciseness.
  525.  
  526. "What's going on, who was that?" asked Buffy as she started to get off 
  527. the table.
  528.  
  529. "Well She was you, I mean not you, you, but, a you that's not you," 
  530. replied Willow
  531.  
  532. Just then they heard a voice from the top floor. "She's from another
  533. Universe. If you don't stop her, she'll conquer this Earth like she 
  534. did mine."
  535.  
  536. As the figure stepped from the shadows everyone was surprised to see
  537. Amy.
  538.  
  539. "Amy, how do you know all this?" asked Giles.
  540.  
  541. "First off, my name is not Amy.  It is Catherine.  Buffy made me switch
  542. bodies with my daughter. So that she could have a powerful witch on her
  543. side then.  Then she killed her Amy in my body." answered Catherine.
  544.  
  545. "Then we've got to stop her.  Come on guys." yelled Buffy grabbing a
  546. crossbow from the weapons locker.
  547.  
  548. "Buffy, Wait!  There is no way that we can stop an army of demons." said
  549. Giles.
  550.  
  551. "Look Giles, I know that we will probably die.  But there's no way that I
  552. can stand by and not try to stop this.  You trained me too well." said 
  553. Buffy "Who's with me?"
  554.  
  555. Xander turns to Buffy "Do you even need to ask." he said taking her hand
  556. and putting on his game face.
  557.  
  558. "Well, I guess it's better then wondering what's going to happen." Said
  559. Willow
  560.  
  561. "OK, but you're going need an edge in the battle." Said Catherine
  562.  
  563. "Oh, we have a surprise for Buffy.  Right Willow?" Said Xander
  564.  
  565. "What are you talking about Xan-- (then Willow remembers that tonight is
  566. a full Moon) Oh Yeh, I forgot." said Willow.
  567.  
  568. A couple of hours later the group arrives at the Invasion site.  They see
  569. hundreds of assorted demons & other creatures.
  570.

  573. "Like, I don't think so," Yelled Buffy. She then fired her Crossbow into 
  574. the Machine causing the gateway to collapse in on itself.

  576. "NO! Damn you.  Kill her NOW!" Yelled Buffy*

  578. The attack begun.  Xander in full Vamp mode lunched himself into the
  579. battle (letting his demon take over) He knew that the demon within 
  580. himself would not let anything happen to Buffy.
  581.  
  582. As the battle raged.  The forces of evil were being slaughtered.  
  583. Buffy and her friends were fighting for their home world.
  584.  
  585. Xander was so caught up in the blood lust.  He didn't even notice Buffy*
  586. coming up behind him, until, the stake was driven into his back.
  587.  
  588. NO!" screamed Buffy lunching herself at Buffy*
  589.  
  590. Buffy grabbed Buffy* by the wrist and threw her off Xander.
  591.  
  592. "Oh, looks like the Little Slayer has some backbone after all." Said 
  593. Buffy*
  594.  
  595. "Damn!  You bitch, you're so going to die." Yelled Buffy lunching 
  596. herself at Buffy*
  597.  
  598. Buffy* was taken by surprise at the savagery of her attack.  She 
  599. may have underestimated Buffy.
  600.  
  601. Buffy grabed Buffy* by the hair and threw her into the gateway 
  602. machine. As Buffy* hit the machine a thousand volts ran through
  603. her body killing her instantly.
  604.  
  605. "STOP! The Slayer is dead, it's over." Yelled Willow* to the 
  606. surviving Vamps
  607.  
  608. "We owe you a debt of thanks Buffy." said Xander* Grabbing Willow* 
  609. and kissing her.
  610.  
  611. "What's going on here?" Said a confused Buffy.
  612.  
  613. "You have freed us from Buffy's* evil.  But, with the machine destroyed
  614. we have no way home." Said Willow*
  615.  
  616. "I wish there was something that I could do." Said Buffy
  617.  
  618. As everyone looked at the destroyed machine>  the crystal arm band that
  619. Buffy wore started to glow and pulse a blast of white light surged forth
  620. surrounding the broken machine.  Then, in a flash of light the gateway
  621. between the two worlds was opened.
  622.  
  623. "Well, I guess that you can get home after all." Said Xander
  624.  
  625. "Thanks again Buffy.  We will never forget you." Said Willow* & Xander*
  626. as they vanished into the swirling vortex with the remaining vampires.
  627.  
  628. As Buffy and her friends watched the vortex begin to close.  Buffy said
  629. "well, I guess that's over."
  630.  
  631. "Uh, Buffy aren't you forgetting something?" Said Xander
  632.  
  633. "Oh God! Willow!" Answered Buffy
  634.  
  635. "It's OK, I've got her." Said Giles "I'll take her back to the library."
  636.  
  637. "Uh...Buffy?" Said Xander
  638.  
  639. "Yah what?" answered Buffy
  640.  
  641. "Oh God, how do I say this?" said Xander
  642.  
  643. "Come on Xan, Spit it out." said Buffy
  644.  
  645. "OK, here goes" Said Xander Dropping down to one knee. "Buffy
  646. Summers, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?"  Xander asked
  647. closing his eyes.  He knew he was putting his heart on the line again. 
  648. He didn't know if he would have enough of his heart left.  If she said 
  649. no.
  650.  
  651. "Uh, Oh God! Y-y-yes." said Buffy running into his arms.
  652.  
  653. Knowing that this was only the start.  For both of them, they silently 
  654. started kissing a slow passionate kiss.

  656. Since the invention of the kiss.  There have been five kisses so 
  657. passionate so pure. This one left them all behind

  676. Several Months had passed since Buffy had confronted her Darkest Hour=

  678. After Catherine was killed by Willow, most of her spells were broken.=

  680. Giles had been turned back to flesh. However, Willow was still cursed=
  681.  by=20
  682. the bite of a werewolf. She had to be chained up every full moon. Xan=

  684. was still a vampire, but, different.
  685.  
  686. Willow started to worry the full moon was coming up soon. But Buffy h=
  687. ad
  688. not come over to chain her up yet.  She had just picked up the phone =

  690. call her when she heard a sound at the window. She turned around to s=

  692. Xander, so she went to the window and opened it.  "Xander, what are y=
  693. ou
  694. doing here?" asked Willow.

  696. "May I come in Willow?" asked Xander.

  698. "You never needed to ask be-- Oh, sorry, Yah come on in."Willow  repl=

  701. "Willow, I know you were expecting Buffy, but she had to  talk to Gil=

  703. and I needed to ask you an important question," said Xander as he cli=

  707. "Sure! But Xander, the moon's coming up," replied Willow.

  709. "Oh, right, sorry. I got the chains here if you'll lay down. I'll cha=

  713. Willow smiled. "You don't know how long I waited to hear you say that=

  715. Willow said holding up her hand to stop Xander from saying anything.=

  717. "But I know that you love Buffy. I hope we can still be friends."

  719. "Willow, you are my best bud. I mean it, we've been friends forever,"
  720. Stated Xander. "That brings me to why I'm here. Uh... last night I as=

  732. Giles turned around form his desk, when he heard the library door ope=

  734. and saw Buffy enter. She looked like she was in a very good mood.

  736. He was even more surprised to see her do a double somersault through =

  738. air landing on his desk. She sat down, and Giles found himself asking=

  740. "Buffy, what's got you so happy tonight?"

  742. "Giles, you know that you've been like a father to me  ever since I c=

  744. to Sunnydale. Letting me stay with you while mom is in a coma," Buffy=

  746. said. "And  well, here goes. Xander asked me to marry him. I said yes=

  748. and I was well, u'know like wondering, if you'd walk me down the aisl=

  751. "Buffy, there's only one answer to give you. I'd be honored to be the=

  753. to stand in for your father," replied Giles moving from his chair to =

  757. Epilog Part 3 (Talking To Mom)

  759. Buffy looked at the clock as she entered the hospital. It was a littl=

  761. past 10 p.m. Just as she begin to wonder were Xander was, she felt a =

  763. on her shoulder. She turned around to find herself looking into the e=

  765. of her future husband.

  767. Buffy and Xander entered the hospital walking past the desk. The nigh=

  769. nurse the same one who was lifted up and held against the wall decide=

  775. Buffy carefully opened the door to the room that her mom had been kee=

  781. Xander came up behind and said, "Buffy. You need to be alone with her=

  787. face, "I mean, I don't even know if she can hear me."

  789. "She can hear you Buffy. Tell her what you need to." Buffy looked dow=

  797. "I have a name you know, it's Fizzgigg, last of the Feline Mages. As =

  801. said Fizzgigg as he was engulfed in a bright white light.

  803. Buffy reached over taking her mother's hand, "Mom remember when you=

  805. told that everyone has a special someone. Well, I found mine. Xander=

  807. asked me to marry him and I said yes. Only one other thing could make
  808. me more happy then I am now. That's if you could give me your blessin=

  810. said Buffy as the tears ran down her face. She got  up and turned to =

  812. Xander crying also.

  814. "God Buffy! if I could I would do anything to bring her back," said X=
  815. ander.

  817. They had just got to the door when Buffy heard something. She turned
  818. around the see her mother smiling. "Buffy, if you love him then there=
  819. 's
  820. no way I could  say no." said Joyce, barely finishing before she is=
  821. =20
  822. grabbed by too crying teens.
  823.  
  824. Epilog Part 4 (The Wedding)
  825.  
  826. After weeks of searching, Buffy finally found a Priest who agreed to =
  827. marry
  828. them after dark.
  829.  
  830. Xander, had been standing at the altar for what seemed like hours "Wi=
  831. llow,
  832. what if she changed her mind."
  833.  
  834. "Well Xander, I'm still free," replied Willow with a smile.
  835.  
  836. At that moment the march begin to play.  All eyes turned to see Buffy=
  837. .
  838. Dressed in a long flowing white satin gown with a long lace train tra=
  839. iling
  840. behind her. Giles marched down the Aisle with her, arm in arm they
  841. approached the altar.
  842.  
  843. The Priest began "Dearly, beloved, we are gather here today uh... ton=
  844. ight
  845. to join this man and woman in holy matrimony. Who gives this woman to=
  846.  this
  847. man?"
  848.  
  849. "I do," replied Giles moving Buffy's arm to Xanders.
  850.  
  851. "The couple have wrote their own vows," said the Priest.
  852.  
  853. "I, Alexander Harris, take you Buffy Summers, to become my other half=
  854. .
  855. For I have found that without you by my side, life isn't worth anythi=
  856. ng.=20
  857. I promise to love you more and more everyday. To stand by your side e=
  858. ver
  859. night. I want you to know that I'd walk through the fires of hell if =
  860. you=20
  861. asked me to."

  863. Xander Placed the ring on Buffy's finger.
  864.  
  865. "I, Buffy Summers, take you Alexander Harris, to be my other half.  I=

  867. was you who shined the brightest in the darkest night. You never left=

  869. my side, no matter what the cost. You are my beacon. With you at my s=

  871. the night will never be dark again. I love you more and more everyday=

  873. And not even the fires of hell will burn as long as my love burns for=
  874.  you."

  876. Buffy placed the ring on Xander's finger.

  878. The Priest moved back in front of the couple. "If there is anyone her=

  880. who knows of any reason that these two should not be joined, let them=

  882. speak now or forever hold their peace." When no one said anything the=

  884. Priest continued. "Then, what, God has  put together let no one tear=

  886. asunder. I now pronounce you, man and wife, you may kiss the bride."

  888. Xander reaches down and removed the veil, Buffy and Xander kiss and
  889. everyone cheered.

  891. Buffy notices that the crystal arm band had started to glow, she and=

  893. Xander both heard a loud voice that said. "I, am very proud of you my=
  894. =20
  895. child. I give you this gift of my love. From this day forth your love=

  897. for each other will keep you together,  always. Your life energies ar=

  899. merged your two hearts now beat as one.  Go, be happy."
