Spoilers: Basically anything since the beginning of the show is up for grabs.

Except for the mystery man, he's mine.
Summary: Xander gets his wildest fantasy, but what is the price?
Part 5
"I got it! It's right here!" Buffy shouted as she hurried over to Giles.
Giles adjusted his glasses as he took the book from Buffy. "Oh yes. Very
good, Buffy." Xander looked up from his book. "Well?" Giles read over
the text quickly. "Oh my. Well, Rasher is vunerable to iron. But only a
blessed iron weapon will destroy him." Xander stood up nodding his head.
"Ok, ok.
We've got to find a weapon made of iron, get it blessed by a priest and
then we can kill him. Right, I like this." Angel looked up, a scornful
look in his eyes. "Don't think that this is going to be easy, Xander.
Rasher will fight back with everything he has, which is a great deal. He
can get into your mind, and make you see things that aren't there. He has
the ability to create fire from his finger tips. You won't come out of
this fight untouched." Xander glared, but the biting retort he was about
to make died on his lips. "Where will we find an iron weapon?"
Buffy smiled. "Now we're in my department." She walked over to the large
book cage that also held a chest of weapons and began to rummage through
it. Giles sighed quietly and began to strap on his pads while gesturing to
Xander to get ready to begin his training. Xander looked around, his mind
working frantically. <I may be a slayer, but I've never done any of the
training! At least I don't remember doing it.> Buffy walked out of the
book cage and handed Xander a large battle axe.. He looked at the weapon
and tapping it against his hand. "Oh yeah, this baby'll work just fine."
He grinned as he started swinging the axe. <Shouldn't this feel heavier?>
Giles watched Xander for a moment then began removing the pads. "Um,
Xander, just practice your swings, your ability to dodge your oponent for a
bit." <I refuse to die by his
hand during a practice session.>
Buffy watched Xander for a long while. She could feel Angel's eyes upon
her and refused to look at him. It was easier to stare at her boyfriend
than the man who had terrorized her for the past few months. Giles
continued flipping through his books looking for more of Rasher's
weaknesses and said quietly. "You might wish to gain a bit of training
yourself, Buffy." Flashing a quick grin at Giles, Buffy hopped up and
grabbed a sword that was in the weapons
chest. She moved quietly towards Xander but grinned as he spun around to
face her. The two slayers fought against one and other, careful not to
injure each other. Angel stared at them both, watching how in sync their
motions were. He could see that experience gave Buffy an edge, but the two
were almost evenly matched. He tried to remember if he had ever come up
against Xander as a slayer and couldn't. He knew several of the vampires
in the city had gone up
against him though, and many had not returned. Spike had been after the
pair obsessively. Yet Angel had noticed while he had been with them, that
Spike was gaining a reluctent respect for Buffy, yet only wanted Xander
dead, while Dru talked about Xander as if he were to be her next pet.
After killing the deamon it wouls be interesting to see if Spike and Dru
would try and make a move against them. As Angel watched Buffy he felt the
stirrings of his emotions and knew that if the two vampires did attack he
would fight beside the Slayers and would die himself before he let Buffy,
or the man she loved, die.
Breathless and covered in a sheen of sweat, Xander called a halt to the
practice session. "Ok, I'm hungry, I'm tired, and I really need a shower.
I'm outta here for tonight." Buffy smiled crookedly. "You mean morning.
It's almost sunrise." Xander sighed. "Good thing I have clean clothes in
my gym locker." He turned and started towards the doors when Buffy took
his hand.
"I'm heading that way myself." They walked in silence through the halls.
When they reached the gym Buffy turned towards Xander and kissed him.
Blinking in surprise, Xander stared at her a moment before pulling her back
into his arms, kissing her once more. "I've waited so long to be able to
do that." He said softly. Buffy sighed. "I can't get used to this thing
with you. When we
kill this demon you're going to leave me." Xander shook his head. "I'm not
leaving you. I'll never leave you, Buffy. But without Rasher's
involvement, you never would have considered going out with me. I'm just
one of the girls to you normally." Buffy smiled slightly," Somehow I can't
see you as one of the girls." Xander took a hold of her chin, forcing her
to look him straight in the
eye. "Think about it, Buf. Remember before DeadBoy became Angelus. You
had no feelings for me other than friendship then. You wouldn't now if
Rasher hadn't gotten involved." Her voice was barely above a whisper when
she said," Things change. Maybe he only brought out my fantasy too." She
broke away from him and entered the girls locker room, leaving him to stare
after her in surprise.
Returning to the library after his shower, a candybar in one hand and a
coke in the other, Xander appeared to be in good spirits. "G-Man, can I
ask you something?" Giles looked up tiredly. "Of course, what is it?"
Xander sat down, quiet for a moment then said, "What'll happen after Rasher
is taken care of?" Giles took off his glasses, proceeding to wipe them
with a small
cloth. "Well, I suspect that things will return to what you know as normal.
Jesse will be gone, Ms. Chase will be here. Angelus will still be on the
loose and Buffy will have to fight him." Xander sighed. "That's what I
thought." <I'll be back to being useless around here. And Buffy will still
be loving Angel.> Giles smiled saddly at Xander. "You are doing what's
right, Xander. You know that." Xander nodded. Giles reached out and put
a hand on Xander's shoulder awkwardly. "I am proud of you." Xander looked
up at Giles in surprise. After a moment of silence he said, "Thanks,
Giles." Getting up, he grabbed his bookbag and started towards the library
doors. "I'll take care of him tonight." And he was gone.

unbidden, it will stir- open it's jaws and howl."

Title: The Soul of Good & Evil (1/?)
Author: Michelle
E-mail: Aglx@aol.com
Rating: PG-13 just to be safe. It gets kinda gory and a bit intense
but nothing the mature Buffy audience can't read. Just a bit of mild
language.
Author's Notes: Okay, everyone can start yelling at me now. I'm
putting "Deadly Instincts" on hold because, frankly, I didn't like the
story at all. I will eventually finish the story when I can come up with
a good way to do so. So, I rewrote it with a completely different plot.
Basically, everyone is a vampire, with a soul except Spike and Drusilla.
Buffy, Willow, Xander, Angel, Giles, Joyce, everybody.
Spoilers: Plot has nothing to do with real series except for characters
that are used.
Feedback: You may hate or love the idea of the story so please let me
know what you think.

The young slayer reached up to feel the two holes on her
neck. < Damn. I'm loosing too much blood. > She struggled
to her feet but quickly lost her balance and landed on
the cold grass again. Another vampire was walking slowly
towards her. She sloppily threw a broken piece of wood at
the creature from her spot on the ground. The stake found
it's way to the vampire's stomach a lodged itself deep within.
"How many times do I have to tell you people! I'm not bad.
I don't bite!" Buffy doubled over, trying to pull the stake
out of her gut without breaking it.
"Yeah, sure, I believe you." The slayer gathered all her
strength and tackled the vampire to the ground. She pressed
her foot firmly onto the stake, impaling it deeper into her
skin.
Buffy let out a high pitched cry into the night sky.
"No one can here you. I just killed all your little friends.
Now, guess who's turn it is?" The slayer pulled out another
stake from behind her back and knelt down beside Buffy's body.
"Oh, Slayer!" A quiet voice called from behind a tree. The
girl turned herself around. "Here slayer, slayer," the voice
whispered again from somewhere in the shadows. The slayer
stepped to her feet and tried to focus on the moving object
in the dark.
Buffy reached down and began working on the stake stuck in her
stomach. She kept tried to keep herself calm as so not to
alert the slayer.
"Show yourself!" The slayer demanded, turning quickly in circles
trying to focus on her accoster's location.
"Okay," the voice said calmly. The slayer turned around to face
him, but nothing.
< Xander? > Buffy thought to herself. < Nah. It couldn't be. > Her
thoughts raced as she struggled to pull the stake out. Finally
she gave up, realizing she couldn't do it by herself.
"Where are you!" The slayer yelled, growing annoyed and scared.
"Here." The slayer turned around to see a tall, dark vampire
towering above her. "Boo!" Xander said, laughing. He picked her
up by the throat and lifted her off her feet. His grip tightened
around her neck, but not enough to kill her.
The slayer gasped for air while lashing out with her hands and
feet.
"You leave her alone, and I'll leave you alone. Deal?" Xander
held her away from his body so that she was unable to hit him.
"Deal?" He asked again, gently shaking her body.
"Deal," the slayer choked out before being thrown across the
park. She stumbled back to her feet and ran off. "This isn't
over!" She screamed over her shoulder.
"Sure. That's what they all say!" Xander turned to see a
vampire lying lifelessly on the ground. "Buffy?" he asked as
he walked over to her body. Blood poured out of her stomach
and she struggled to keep conscious.
"Xander?" Her eyes opened just enough to reveal his sweet,
demonic face looking down at her.
"Yeah, it's me. Small world, huh?" He examined her wound
and then wrapped his fingers around the stake protruding
from her. "Just hold on while I take this out."
Buffy nodded and then slipped into unconsciousness as the
stake was ripped from her gut.

The News
By NightHunter
Buffy was thinking how Sunnydale had been quite for the past few weeks.
They had just returned from their honeymoon in Hawaii were she had to
fight a ancient Lava God. But now, she had important news to share with
her new husband.
When he heard Buffy come down the stairs Xander turned away from the
show
he was watching. Thinking to himself that he was very lucky to have a
wife
as beautiful as Buffy. As Buffy looked at Xander she wondered how he
would
take the news. But before she could make it to the bottom stairs she
felt
herself being lefted up in a strong embrace. Xander had moved across the
room faster then she could blink an eye. Buffy thought WoW! there is
something to be said for vampire strength.
A smile broke across Buffy's face as she wrapped her arms around her
husbands neck. She lightly kissed him, then playfully hitting him on
the head she said, "Xander Put me down I can walk you know."
"Yes I know, but this is a lot more fun." Replied Xander
smiling back at her.
After kissing they both fell in a tangle of limbs onto the
couch. Buffy reached into her pocket and pulled out a test
strip. She handed it to Xander and asked, "Do you know what
this means?"
"Yes!" Replied Xander with a grin on his face "We've got hard
water."
It took a second for Buffy to realize what Xander had said.
She grabbed a cushion and started hitting him over the head
saying, "No Dummy it means...."
"Buffy, I know what it means. But Giles always said that
vampires couldn't father children." Said Xander
"Well, that maybe so but, just remember that you are not like
other vampires. I mean you never died. And how many other
vampires do we know thats had a wooden stake drove into their
heart. And simply turned around and pulled it out and went on
with their life." Buffy Answered
No other words were spoken. Xander grabbed Buffy in a loving
embrace. Tears of joy run down his face. <we're going be a family>
Xander thought. As his demon renewed its pledge that nothing and
noone would ever hurt his family, never.
The End?
I am working on Buffy & Godzilla, The Invasion & The Final Battle
if anyone would like to proof them for me let me know
