  29. 1.  I need to know that it is called when someone is allergic to the 
  30. sun.  Its like progeria or something and I need to know for a fic I am 
  31. wiritng.
  32.  
  33. 2.  I need a few proofers for my sequal to "Guess Who's Coming To 
  34. Dinner."  (It was sent to the list back in February.)  I am mostly 
  35. concerned with content and dialogue being true to character.  Plus I 
  36. need reassurances that it does not suck!

  38. Any help anyone can offer is greatly appreciated!

  79. Summary: Series after Vengeance - Buffy, Xander, Willow & Giles are all 
  80. vampires.  Drusilla is making Buffy pay for supposedly killing Spike. 
  81. Previous Stories: If you like this story but don't understand it, it's
  82. probally 
  83. because you haven't read Vengeance. That came before this one and this is

  87. Spoilers: Everything up to Killed By Death (just to be safe)
  88. Feedback: Please, good or bad, I need to know. The more feedback, the 
  89. more writting I do!  I won't care if you tell me this story is horrible, I
  90. just want 
  91. to know.

  93. This story is something that happens after Killed By Death. Probally 
  94. a Third season type story. This story has some pretty graphic descriptions 
  95. and some people may be upset by the story. There is a PG-13 rating on 
  96. this story however, there is no sex or sexual situations. Just some Buffy 
  97. like language and violence. This story will go on for a while, or until I come
  98. up with a way to end it. The characters, Buffy, Xander, Willow, etc. belong 
  99. to Joss Whedon, The WB, Sandollar, etc.

  102.     Their limp bodies hung from the wall.  The chains held strong 
  103. and tight against their limbs.  Unconscious, Spike and Angel were 
  104. a bloody mess from their battle. 
  105.     "This is better than TV!" Xander quipped.
  106.     "You know, I think you have a point there," Oz said smiling.  
  107. The two sat across the dungeon watching the motionless vampires 
  108. hang across the room from them.
  109.     Spike awoke moaning loudly in pain. The chains were cutting into 
  110. his wrists and his body ached in pain he had never thought he was capable
  111. of.  
  112. He slowly opened his eyes and examined his surroundings to find himself 
  113. hanging two feet off the ground.  
  114.     "What the hell is going on?" Spike's voice was hoarse and weak. 
  115.     "Look who woke up," Drusilla said as she entered the cold room. 
  116.     "Dru?" Spike couldn't believe his eyes. The love of his life 
  117. stood before him, powerful and more beautiful than he ever imagined 
  118. she could be.
  119.     "You've been up to no good!" Dru glared deep into Spike's eyes 
  120. as if she was trying to burn a hole into them.  
  121.     Spike dropped his head. "I'm sorry, baby. I just..."
  122.     "Hush. You lied to me. You left me. You're not entitled to be sorry." Spike 
  123. closed his eyes painfully.  He refused to raise his head because he knew she 
  124. had every right to hate him.

  128.     "I'll have a cafe mocha."  The server nodded and walked away. 
  129. Buffy waited at the counter for her drink while surveying her 
  130. surroundings.  Several people sat throughout the small cafe enjoying 
  131. themselves.  It made Buffy sick to her stomach to see such happiness.     
  132.     "Here you go miss." The server presented Buffy with a cup 
  133. and Buffy handed her some money.  "Thank you," the woman said. 
  134.     "Yeah," Buffy mumble as she walked over to a small table by 
  135. the door.  Buffy looked out the open door as she sipped her drink.  
  136. 'Where could they have gone?' Her mind was filled with thoughts towards 
  137. Angel and Spike's disappearance.  Staring out into the cold night, 
  138. Buffy realized, 'the note.'
  139.     In the rush of getting packed she dropped it on the floor of 
  140. her room. 'Xander must have found it,' Buffy thought as she slammed the 
  141. cup down onto the saucer spilling some of the hot liquid onto her hand.  Buffy
  142. hissed at the burning pain. Grabbing her jacket, she rushed out 
  143. of the cafe into the open streets of Vienna.

  147.     A hard back hand struck Angel's face, bringing him to a 
  148. half-conscious state. Drusilla stood before him waiting for him to 
  149. wake.  She grabbed his hair and pulled his head back. "Wake up!" 
  150. Drusilla yelled into his ear.  Angel screamed out and Dru let go 
  151. of his hair.  "What did you think you were doing?"  She waited 
  152. impatiently for his response. 
  153.     "Killing Spike," Angel managed to let out in a deep voice.  
  154. "If it wasn't for Buffy, I would have." The excruciating pain riveted 
  155. through his body with each word. 
  156.     "Buffy? You mean the both of you couldn't handle her?" 
  157.     "Both of us?!? He was working with her."
  158.     "On what?" Dru was shocked to hear his words.
  159.     "How should I know? I just know she went to a lot of trouble 
  160. to beat me here."  Angel tried smile hoping for her sympathy.
  161.     Dru punched Angel in the face, knocking him out cold.  Spike 
  162. watched from the wall and raised his head to stare at Drusilla in wide-eyed 
  163. amazment.  She marched to the doorway flaming with anger. 
  164.     "Come on!" Drusilla indicated for Xander and Oz to follow her 
  165. out.  The door slammed shut, leaving Angel and Spike in pitch silence.

  168. I'm no professional here, only 15 years old, so I really need some feedback 
  169. so I know how this story is going.

  215.     "What?" Buffy said, her jaw fell open in an agape expression as
  216. her body stiffened in her husband's embrace, her mind unsure whether her
  217. ears had heard correctly.
  218.     "Moria is the new slayer," repeated Cordelia softly, hating the
  219. surrounding silence filled with shock and fear at the battle that was yet
  220. to come.
  221.     Buffy closed her eyes and shook her head and denied incessantly,
  222. "She can't be the new slayer!  I won't allow it!" and upon turning her
  223. head to look at the young Watcher she yelled, "No!"
  224.     "I know what you must be feeling right now-" Cordelia tried to
  225. begin, but she was met by lachrymose eyes and a sharp, angered tongue.
  226.     "You have no idea what I'm feeling right now!" Buffy stormed
  227. pulling herself away from Xander's hold, "None whatsoever!"
  228.     "You must understand that the world -" started Giles, trying to
  229. calm his former protΘgΘ.
  230.     "Screw the world, I don't care!" she said as hot tears spilled
  231. from her eyes, "I have had enough of prophecies and duty and loyalty. 
  232. You told me, Giles, you told me it was all over, that I didn't have to
  233. deal with the demons and the witches and the vampires, but I'm still
  234. dealing, damn it!  Why do I still have to deal with it?" 
  235.     "You are not taking my daughter into the hell that Buffy had to
  236. go through," Xander said coldly to Cordelia, "You aren't even going to
  237. put her through the hell the rest of us had to go through.  For God's
  238. sake, Cordelia, haven't we all been through enough?"
  239.     "I'm sorry that I had to come here after all years to bring you
  240. into this...again," the Watcher fumed, "You must know that I don't do
  241. this purposely?"
  242.     "Of course, we know that, Cordelia," Xander said with a sigh,
  243. "And I'm sorry I yelled at you, but you have to understand we've been
  244. pushed to the limit with all of this Hellmouth crap."
  245.     "I know," said Cordelia nodding, and she glanced over at Buffy,
  246. who was sitting silently on the couch, "Buffy, you must understand that
  247. this how it is, and I can't do anything to stop it.  All I can do is
  248. train Moira to fight and to survive...to live."
  249.     "Even if you train and even if she's the best slayer this world
  250. has ever seen, there's still that chance that she'll -" Buffy stopped and
  251. sighed, and hesitated, but continued, "Cordelia, I don't want my little
  252. girl to die."
  253.     "Nor do I," she responded as she sat down beside her, "And I'm
  254. going to let her die, none of us are."
